We took room with terrace access, room had very little lighting. Water was not available in the morning for sometime. Not recommended.

I stayed there one night, the jacuzzi was not working, light was going again and again whenever i switched on the jacuzzi. Room was not worth that price. Can find better accommodation at cheaper price in Istanbul. Breakfast area was also congested with very less variety.

Clean room, hotel was located in the alley. Taxi could not enter the street. Need to walk from the main street. But the staff was very friendly and nice.

Overall I liked the hotel. One of the few European-style hotels in Istanbul. The cost was 6,500 rubles per night including breakfast. What I liked: - Location. In the depths of the block, not far from the Galata Bridge. You go out and immediately find yourself in an area with cafes and other tourist delights). Near the embankment. - Breakfast on the 4th floor. There is a terrace. Great food. - Friendly staff. What I didn't like: - Location. No, this is not a mistake. This is both a minus and a plus of the hotel. Since the hotel is located next to a huge number of cafes, after 22-00 it is very noisy on the street. Sometimes people were noisy all night. - Cleaning. The room was cleaned at 4. I found hair on the floor and in the bed.

We booked the hotel based on the good reviews. We are in Istanbul every 3 months, so we know the area very well. None of the confirmation emails mentioned that our family would be accommodated in separate buildings. We therefore strongly recommend paying attention and calling to confirm this by email. The other hotel is in the building next door and about 80 m away, which is obviously nonsense if you want to stay together as a family. We had also been informed of this in advance by email and it was confirmed. The hotel staff did not feel the need to help us much. Only after persistently asking were we accommodated in two separate rooms in the same building. However, not a triple room and a single room as agreed, but in two-bed rooms each. We gave the facilities a bad rating because there was only one chair, which was completely broken and was not replaced despite asking.

Hotel for luck and perseverance. As it happens, there are 3 buildings. One beautiful for photography and reviews. The second one is fine too. And the third one was probably just taken over. Booked in the main building. Upon registration, they took me to another building. Kaa turned out to be the third option. Some kind of apparty in the old entrance. The room stinks of sewage. Showed another number is also bad. After the proceedings and the message that I was writing to the support service and canceling the reservation, they said that there was a room, they took me to the second building. Normal health. But the cleanliness of the room is questionable. And in the bathroom, hair was lying on clean towels, the question arose of whether they wash it at all. Breakfast is a light snack with access to a small balcony. A maximum of 20 people can have breakfast at the same time. The shrimp is small. Outcome location is excellent. There is no breakfast. Cleanliness questions, no cockroaches😊

The convenience of the location is good, but there is a bar downstairs, which is a bit noisy.

The location of the hotel is great! It is the degree that the tour guides praised the location as very good. There is a street of bars and food when you go out, you can buy supper, but it will not be very noisy. Very satisfied!

I found the location and rooms very good. Except that it was divided into 2 hotels, which was about 100m away. At the reception we were transferred to the next own hotel. Breakfast is super delicious, contains what you are looking for. You get fed up.

The 3 staff we met at this hotel were very nice and tried to be helpful as much as they could but did not speak English. We booked this property as it stated excellent on reviews. We booked the deluxe room. The room was in an annex building in the next street, we had to walk out to get to main hotel building which had a tiny reception area, small breakfast room on the 4th floor.breakfast which was very very poor. No toast, just dry pieces of bread, toaster that did not work, few cold options of salads, boiled eggs. Thankfully there was tea and coffee. Oh and some corn flakes snd coco pops. Basic room with 1 single snd 1 double bed. Tv with no English channels. No wifi on day 4 so no tv aswell for the last few days of our stay. Not even a good 2 star.

The hotel is conveniently located near to Karakoy transportation boat and tramway. The area is full of coffee shops and restaurants which probably is a bit noisy during the Summer. I stayed at the main building where there is 24h a receptionist.The room is good enough for a stay of 3-4 days, breakfast is variated and correct. Very clean! I will come back to this hotel for sure.

Close to cruise terminal and walkable to the Old Town and tourist attractions.

Pro: Location is very good. It was close to a lot of things to do, see, and eat…can’t get any better than that. Area is nice. Con: bed was not that comfortable, sheets were rough, the room wasn’t completely cleaned, the carpet was sticky, seemed a little dated.
