We checked into the room - it was very cold and damp, the walls were really wet. And this was with the radiators hot. We turned the radiators up to full power and the next day the room warmed up, the walls dried out. Therefore, if you are checking in in winter, ask the owner to turn on the radiators in advance. There is hot water, the heated towel rail can be made hot. The shower head is leaking badly. It's time to replace it. The floor in the bathroom is dirty. The bed linen had a stain. There are balls of dust under the bed. You can take a little more care of the room. And put a large jar of soap. On the positive side: great location - 5-7 minutes to Istiklal, 15 minutes to the Galata Tower. There is a store and a bunch of cafes nearby. I only communicated with the owner via WhatsApp. They responded quickly to my request to change the linen. I didn't ask for anything else. The room has everything you need for your stay (dishes, forks, spoons, dishwashing liquid), except water, soap, tea, paper napkins. Overall, the room is a three on a five-point scale

We really liked the stay, we had a huge room with a terrace, with a gorgeous panoramic view from the bedroom. Refrigerator, all accessories, dishwasher, washing machine - everything is there. There is a hair dryer (powerful, good) and an iron. Very soft and cozy bed linen and towels. There are batteries, you can turn them on if you freeze. The heated towel rail works. Oil, salt, spices, tea, coffee - bring with you, they are not there. Wi-Fi worked great, you can connect as soon as you approach the apartment, password patika1234 or 12345. Galata Tower is a 10-minute walk away (of course we ate cheesecake there) and Istiklal Street is also 10 minutes away. It is convenient to move around the city by tram T1, it is very close to these apartments, literally 5 minutes. In general, the location is very convenient and good. We went to the Sok supermarket nearby for groceries, the prices are normal, vegetables and fruits at a fixed price, they do not deceive. The owners of the hotel are wonderful.
