We stayed at Fer Hotel for 2 nights and absolutely loved every moment. The location is perfect—just a short walk to major attractions like Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety each morning. We truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again!

The best hotel. Actually, I am a hotel staff in Japan and to be honest, I did not have high expectations. However, the Fer hotel is perfect. I arrived at 12:00 p.m. and was greeted warmly by all the staff. We were then immediately shown to our room. They also arranged a cab for us right away when we checked out. I would have liked to stay longer. I will visit again.

Great location, close to major tourist attractions. The service was amazing too, we're upgraded to a higher room type upon arrival, the receptionist (I forgot to get his name) was helpful with our questions, and especially when carrying our luggage, he jumped immediately to help us. Great room too.

Good clean hotel, nice breakfast. One of the best in the district for sure!

Nice hotel in the heart of istanbul but the room has a musky smell from the toilet.

Good hotel. Location is great if you are visiting the old city. Everything is within walking distance. Floor manager Ibrahim is friendly, speaks good english and offers good advises for food and transport. However, gym only has limited equipment and no weights.

They stoled our baby’s teddy bear. The nespresso coffee pods weren’t replaced after the first day. We found a lot of stains on the bad. Great location, nice hotel design, poor service.

Hotel is in a great location for visiting sites in the old city and close to a wide range of restaurants. The staff were very friendly and were eager to help with all requests, further enhancing our stay. One thing the hotel could benefit from is a bar or social area, in order to further utilize the rooftop space.

I booked this hotel mainly because of the good reviews and the fact that it is close to the old town. I was very disappointed after checking in. The sanitary conditions are worrying. The bed sheets are not very clean. There is a little dust on the floor. The toilet was not flushed when I checked in. The sink drains very slowly. The room is small and the room facilities are old. The only thing that may be okay is that most of the service staff have an attitude.

The advantages are: the room is very modern, Mitsubishi central air-conditioning throughout the house, the bathroom has a ceiling spray, the water spray is a bit scattered, the shower head is a Muslim-style rectangular 2 and the discharge water is very concentrated, the bathroom is equipped with a 4-piece set, toothpaste, razor and slippers. The location is great, a 7-minute walk from the square where Hagia Sophia is located. T1 passes by when walking from the small road where the hotel is to the main road. The disadvantage is: the road where the hotel is located is very steep and you have to climb uphill every day. The bed is too small, only 1.5 meters. Two adults need to sleep separately. The mattress is too soft and breaks my dad's waist. The sofa bed is also very narrow and short. It is enough for me to sleep 160. If three people want to stay comfortably, they have to open it. 2 rooms is better. In addition, it is very expensive to buy a temporary phone card in Istanbul. The 5-day unlimited data but no hotspot SIM card bought at the hotel front desk costs 700 Lira.

The location is good. It is within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar. The service is also good. They will call a taxi for you. Although the price is increased, the price is reasonable. The room is really too small and the suitcase can hardly be opened.
