Everything about rixos tersane hotel is just exceptional. The staff is so polite helpful and welcoming. They made our stay exceptional staying at the hotel was just like a dream. We love how they arranged work shop for the kids for the whole day. i really can not describe how much we loved every minute of our stay in the hotel and how we loved the everyone in the staff espically Mr.Volkan who was really helpful with our stay if we decide to stay again in the hotel it is beacuse of Mr.Volkan, he’s so welcoming thoughtful and kind person thank you very much for your service. And thank you to the lovely amazing wonderful Ms. Kayan and Ms. Shayma thank you for being so kind and wonderful with our baby and the recommendation for kids activities. The property is beautiful and the service was impeccable. Appreciated their focus on safety and comfort. restaurants were terrific and offered different experiences. Spa facilities are exceptional with great service. Definitely recommend the hotel 2000%

Beautiful hotel with outstanding service, amazing food, and a fantastic location. My stay at Aliee Istanbul was overwhelmingly positive. The hotel itself is stunning — I loved the facilities, the attention to detail, and the artwork throughout. Staff were fantastic, welcoming, and attentive. I was greeted with a welcome drink and even received an upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. The food was exceptional. Breakfast was elaborate and spectacular — exactly the kind of experience I love. I didn’t manage to access the hotel bar due to a private function, which was a minor disappointment, but the coffee shop outside is incredible and definitely worth a visit. The room was beautiful, though initially on a noisy main street. They quickly accommodated my request for a better view. Later, road work at 2 a.m. forced a room change, which was handled immediately, and they provided a new room with a bathtub I had requested. A minor issue with the air conditioning was resolved promptly, and the duty manager offered a free massage as compensation. The concierge service was excellent, providing helpful suggestions. The only minor drawback was the day-trip company they recommended — it didn’t fully meet my itinerary and was a bit overpriced, but the hotel promptly arranged a refund. Overall, Aliee Istanbul combines beautiful design, exceptional food, thoughtful service, and a fantastic location. I would happily stay here again and again.
