I couldn't see the hallways as they were being renovated, but the lobby was wonderful and the open-air bath overlooking the Izu sea was the best. Unfortunately, the main dining room was also under renovation. I would like to visit you again after the renovation.

Comfortable hotel tho a bit dated. Good room .Beautiful scenery. Golf was well organized. Oshima course a little tricky - blind shots. In good condition. Did not play the Fuji course. The outdoor swimming pools were good but no drinks or food served. There was billiards and table tennis. The restaurants were expensive. Reservations were needed even for breakfast. If you want to eat elsewhere you can go to Kawana or Ito in a taxi.

Super clean, well maintained, well organized, exceptional service. Very traditional facility, oozing its golf heritage. Dining options are upscale. Ito city is a short can ride for small casual dining - sushi, sashimi, fish for reasonable price. The courses are beautiful and well deserving of the reputation.

Golf course is great. Hotel is like an old haunted house. Old room that was last updated in the 60’s. All resort amenities were old and some were non functional. ****s and grass was growing over everything. You had to march through the ****s to get to the three swimming pools that were not working and had no pool furniture. Very strange “resort” by American standards. Dinner service was very good but you had to walk through an old dying building to get to it.

I was impressed by the service that allows you to use the bathhouse from 10 minutes before the sunrise time. The design where you can see the hot water of the open-air bath connecting to the sea was wonderful. There were many elderly customers, and overall it was quiet and calm. The view of the golf course and the sea from the room was also very beautiful.
For dinner, I enjoyed many seafood dishes unique to the Izu Peninsula. Every dish was delicious. It was nice to be able to take breakfast slowly.
In terms of details, I think it was good that there were three wash basins in the guest room. When it's between women, it's a thing that conflicts with each other. It was a pity that I couldn't go because I didn't know that the souvenir shop closed at 11:00 am.

We had a very comfortable stay. I was very intrigued by the exhibition of materials related to history. If there is a tour that traces history, I would like to participate.
The cycling tour around the golf course in the early morning sounded interesting, but I thought the hurdles would be low with an electric bike. Onsen was also comfortable. The refurbishment of the old part of the building was wonderful.
I want to go again someday.

ゴルフ場を造り、その後宿泊施設として作られたホテル。 さすがクラシカルホテル、建物・食事・施設・従業員そして景観、全てが心地よく洗練されています。 南欧風の赤いスペイン瓦の使われた屋根がリゾート感たっぷり。 内装も重厚で歴史を感じられます。 部屋も綺麗でした。 夕食は洋食をチョイス。 手の込んだ、どれも美味しい料理でした。 ソースが美味しくて、パンを沢山食べてしまいました。 朝食も咲き始めた河津桜を眺めながら美味しく頂きました。 展望塔があり、遠く富士山や海の向こうに伊豆大島が眺められます。 温泉からの朝日と伊豆大島も素晴らしかった。 どれも思い出に残る体験が出来ました。 次はゴルフをプレイしたいと思います！
