I went for a last minute booking at Helen inn and I was not disappointed at all. The room was neat and tidy. The staff was friendly. They are so helpful that they helped me in getting medicine from pharmacy as well. The owner is a very good person. They are approachable and make sure that your needs are met at the best possible way. I will definitely recommend it to everyone with a family to book there. You will not disappointed

I visited Izmir for a city break and stayed at this hotel. The location is very central, It was only 5 minutes taxi ride to Alsancak which is very lively area of Izmir. Clean and value for the money. The owner is very helpful and has a great city knowledge.

Zaten önceden konakladığım bir yerdi, görece daha pahalı tesislerden eksigi yok fazlası var. Ayrıca hayvanseverler. Sabah ikram edilen filtre kahve ise paha biçilemezdi, teşekkür ediyorum.;)

otel degil burası bir apart, hatta bizi de ek binalarına götürdüler bir sokak ileride. orada konakladık. apart sartlarında esyalar ve temizlik orta hatta iyi durumdaydı. son gecemizde kocaman bir hamam böceği klimanın icinden cıkıp borusunda gezmeye başladı.. o ana kadar her seyden memnunduk. konum ve mahalle olarak da her yere ulasım kolaydı
