Shuzenji Onsen Katsuragawa

The hotel is in a corner of the hot spring town, less than ten minutes' walk from Shuzenji Temple. The hotel's facilities are relatively new. There is a stream under the window, and the mountains are visible when you open the window. It will be very relaxing to soak in the hot springs between the mountains and the stream. You have to store your shoes before entering the Japanese hotel. There are entertainment facilities throughout the hotel, such as billiards and darts, which are free to use. You can also make a free reservation for a private bath if you don't book a hot spring suite, or use the public bath. I booked two meals, and the restaurant is self-service. Except for the special dishes and unlimited drinks, you don't need to pay for other things. However, because I have been to many hot spring hotels, I feel that their food is really average. There are many varieties, but the taste is not as good as Hokkaido or Kawaguchiko, but it is in line with the level of a three-star hotel.

The private hot spring is very good, the meal is self-service, relatively light, and it is OK. The hotel is not far from Shuzenji Temple and other attractions. The location is good and the bus stop is very close.
