Everything is excellent!! My experience starting from entering the hotel to leaving it was always good. The service, the food, the view, the onsen, are all brilliant. Tho it the location of the hotel is not convenient for travellers who don’t drive themselves, I wish to visit again.

It’s simply a treasure hotel in Nishi-Izu There are a total of 8⃣️ rooms, each facing Mount Fuji🗻The best angle to soak in the private bath and watch the sunset👀Mount Fuji🌄. The products of One Night and Two Hotels are not inferior to Michelin. The ingredients are good, the presentation is beautiful, and the taste is surprising. PS toothbrushes are all electric [laughing]

Soaking in the outside bath with a view of Mt. Fuji, eating above average meals are the highlights. The staff, what few of them there are, seem to play multiple roles and do not engage with the guests. There are foreign staff but little to no English is spoken. The staff don't seem to talk to each other when they are in view. Very cold atmosphere at check in and check out and that wasn't because of the weather ! The service was just so lacking ! The room was not cleaned to a level that I was expecting. Hairs were seen in the cupboards and coffee stains on the table. The sheets on one of the beds looked dirty and had to be changed. Overall, I cannot justify at stay at this location if I am to consider the cost.

It was the first time for me to find a hotel with such a difference in terms of hardware and software. Hardware: The room is spacious enough. The living room and deck are spacious, and you can see Mt. Fuji in front of you. I spent a blissful time in the open-air bath on the deck while drinking champagne. On the soft side: Upon arrival, the pick-up was just standing and waiting without guiding me to a parking space. Even when checking in, the explanation is exactly the same as in the manual, word for word with other guests. There is a staff room next to the counter, but the door was left open, so I could see the mess inside. Wine at dinner is the ultimate. I ordered a bottle of wine that was over 100 euros at the current market price, but I was taken aback when it was suddenly poured. If you omit the tasting ceremony, you should definitely get your guest's consent. I couldn't choose the time to eat, and when I finished dinner and went up to my room, I didn't even say "thank you" or "good night". Anyway, it was a disappointing hotel where the level of staff was conspicuous. Anyway, to the low level of staff

There was information about heavy snow in the Kanto region, and it was announced to refrain from going out unless it was absolutely necessary. It is said that the charge will be collected. It's the worst inn that can't respond flexibly considering the circumstances.

It was a mistake to expect the service because it was reasonable for the accommodation fee. Although the Mt. Fuji location is good, the meals are worth the price. However, other than that, it was a customer service that said that the customer was fine with a single shot. One of the pleasures of traveling is to talk with the person in charge of serving food while eating, but no matter what I ask, I do not answer as a matter of course, but from the middle of the day, I become a foreigner at least. I can't say anything extra in Japanese conversation. The staff who can't get enough of the alcohol is serving and flustering in front of me during the meal. In the end, the second and subsequent bottles are handed over to the customer without being uncorked. Only the price is high, and the service is surprisingly bad, and stress builds up even when eating. There are too few amenities in the room, and there are only two hair items. Even men use basic cosmetics for staff, so why do men and women make a difference? I'm sorry for asking. It's not an apology, just sorry if you ask me to tell you why. It doesn't matter. Is this kind of customer service education because this inn doesn't want repeaters and it's okay to be a one-time customer? I never imagined that I would be stressed out and check out with an accommodation fee of just over 80,000 yen per person per night. I can't even recommend it to friends, and I've become a member of the ryokan I don't want to go to again.
