WaterWalk Jacksonville - Deerwood Park

The hotel was such a beautiful location with absolutely amazing accomodations. The room had absolutely everything you could want and need. My husband and I were pleasently surprised with what we received for what we paid for our stay. I will be staying their again!

I can't say enough good things about this suite. It exceeded our expectations. The entrance was clear and easily accessible. The staff was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful with check-in and checkout procedures. The suite consisted of practically anything you might think you could need, including a washer and dryer. An additional blanket was available immediately upon request. The best part was the nicely defined, separate spaces. The bar and stools were wonderful features for the kitchen and allowed more room to eat and commune. The suite overall has the appearance of a small apartment home or luxury bedroom studio. It could easily accommodate a small family of 2–3 people comfortably. The bathroom is roomy considering all of the amenities and storage. Not to mention, it's reasonably priced for its excluded location. This was my first stay, and to say I was nervous would be an understatement. I've booked and paid for rooms prior based on photos, reviews, and word of mouth only to find that the location and/or suite(s) were not as visibly pleasing as shown. The same versions I had seen online for some reason or another were not the ones I was assigned in person. It was probably a more or less dated option, and I'm saying this in the nicest way possible. If you're scared, book it anyhow; you won't be disappointed. My only regret was that our trip wasn't longer.

Very nice place, wonderful neighborhood. Super clean. Absolutely worth the fee. Would definitely recommend. Only negative was, it was a little cool at night and could have used an extra blanket in the room. Overall fantastic.

Room was very nice & spacious and front staff friendly. Only issue is the beds were very uncomfortable. My boyfriend and I tossed and turned the whole night. The pillows were also uncomfortable, not very firm/full. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay and i would come back. Appreciated it was very clean.

The check in process was extremely time consuming. Reception was very slow, as if they did not know what to do and/or did not understand the computer system. One employee was on desk with 4 people in line to check in. I also reported the shower in our room never got hot, only warm.

The hotel itself was clean, and mostly the front desk personnel were nice, however, there were people smoking pot in the parking and the stairwells. I was woken up at 2:20 because there was a group of people downstairs, outside, at the fire pits/pool area laughing and singing and talking loud enough to wake us up on the 2nd floor. I think the office person may have been with them as it was immediately quiet when I called the front. Maybe just coincidence. I also called at 1030 pm when our toilet wouldn’t flush. The front desk said that I could come down and he would provide a plunger. I asked if someone could bring it up as I wasn’t dressed to come downstairs, but he said no, he couldn’t leave his customers in the front. I asked if he could bring it when he was no longer busy. He said yes, but never did but I wasn’t surprised as it definitely sounded as if I was getting the brush off. He also never passed the message off to the day shift. Also, all the trash was overflowing from the outdoor party when I went out in the AM. The people I check in and out with were very nice.

This hotel is by far the best hidden gem in town. It has everything you need including kitchen, washer and dryer. Front staff Brianna was so friendly she even suggested if I want to extend my stay do so as soon as possible being the weekend was approaching and they tend to sell out.

This was an excellent place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. I was surprised to have a washer and dryer in the bathroom. It was great.

The stay was amazing! The rooms were clean, the atmosphere is very comforting. The front desk person Mr.Devin was awesome! patient and pleasant
