The gym facilities are too poor and they are shared with the hotel next door.

It’s very nice place, very clean but old and it’s not renovated. Besides that pool is awesome and service is very nice. It’s close to Main Street and you can walk everywhere from this hotel. Great underground parking!

This stay was a first for us as a family! What a great hotel. Lots of space in our room, clean, and service! Already booked in again for another ski trip in February!

Good place to while skiing in Jasper.

Underground parkade was closed for use because entrance door was malfunctioning. Rooms were nice but the hotel in general is showing its age Nevertheless we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Was really clean , quiet , nice pool and hot tub, nice parking , the breakfast was delicious , it was really nice to see some deer and wapiti around .
