The best hotel I have ever stayed at all the staffs were amazing from reception to bar staff I can not fault this amazing hotel and my room ahhhh the best view hotel room was just exceptional words alone can not describe wow wow wow will be coming back again Hotel Plaza be proud you guys are the Best

Fabulous hotel, very clean and excellent staff. Breakfast buffet was good - everything you might want inc egg station for omelettes, poached eggs etc we were worried about the location being away from anything but we didn’t need to! Uber or bus easy to use to get into Omiš or Split. We walked it to Omiš every night via some lovely bars on the way! The beach bar and roof top bar in the hotel are lovely but it is more expensive there than in the bars nearby. Would recommend it for a week away that’s very relaxed if you want a party scene then I would look elsewhere

Lovely hotel; rooms are a good size and are very modern and comfortable beds. Food is amazing. We were bed and breakfast but ate there most if the time for lunch and dinner and had plenty of choices for most dietary requirements. The staff and service is the best! Nothing is too much trouble for any one of the waiting team whether in breakfast buffet, lunch, dinner service or drinks at the pool, all fantastic! We had a very very relaxing holiday, you really don't need to do anything if you don't want to. However there are plenty option for trips from the hotel or local travel agents in Omis or Split. We used the local bus service and downloaded the app (Promet) to book the tickets, which was cheaper for each journey than paying cash on the bus.

This beautiful hotel is just as shown on the websites. A first class hotel very modern, immaculately clean and relaxing. The staff are amazing, polite and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. We stayed in a large room on the 7th floor with views of the Adriatic Sea and the pool area. The hotel is in a quiet area but it is easy to travel to Split by taxi. Omiš town is approximately 30-45 minutes pleasant walk or by bus No 60 (only 2.5 euros). We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This hotel is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. We payed for the deluxe room with sea view which was on the 13th floor (2nd to top) and the view was so worth that little bit extra. When we first arrived we were asked to wait as we had to be chauffeured up to the top and it is a little bit confusing first due to there being 3 lifts to get to our room. That is one thing you should prepare for, getting down for breakfast/dinner or to the pool can be a bit annoying due to all the different floors etc. The rooms are immaculate, the curtains open automatically when walking into the room every time. You have panels by each side of the bed to control the curtains and all lights. The balcony is good size, mini bar as well. We also had room seevice for lunch on our balcony one day and it was beautiful! A couple of negative that I found during our stay: - the road that goes past the hotel can be a bit noisy with really annoyingly loud motorbikes, which when you're sunbathing can wake you up, very irritating. - each night we played cards on the balcony there were quite a few barking dogs which were really annoying and didn't stop for a while. - the balcony is gorgeous with just the best view ever however it isn't very private, it has slits in the 'black screens' that separate you from your neighbour so they can actually see you through that small gap which I find really strange. - as we came in May most places were closed and the one shop that was nearby was also shut so we had no where to get little snacks or even water except the hotel which is €4 for a bottle. So this again was a bit of a negative. - it is based in a very remote location in between split and Omiš, if you're happy just in the company of you and your partner then great. If not then I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It suited us and what we came away for (some chill time just us two) but there literally are no other restaurants about and is very secluded with no entertainment at night either. Therefore I would suggest going half board definitely so at least your breakfast and dinner is covered as there is literally no where else to eat. Those are probably all of my negatives, going back to some positives, I can not say this enough but the hotel staff are all pretty amazing every single one of them have the best manners and such good English it's unbelievable. We wish we could've tipped all of them! As we were in May this isn't peak season and the weather wasn't the best so we did manage to get a sunbed however I can imagine you struggling to get one in the busy months but the sunbeds are lovely with a little adjustable thing by your head to help shade your head if needed. They also have the comfiest sofas on the terrace with little buttons for table service!!! This includes food and drink! We had lunch here most days (had to pay as we were only half board) the prices are similar to English prices but the food was Devine and so worth it! The spa is gorgeous with 2 mini saunas,

The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were always pleasant and happy to help. The area around the hotel was very quiet due to the season not commencing until June, making it quite difficult to find places to eat. However, the hotel a la carte restaurant was great and it’s the hottest buffet food that I’ve had, nothing just warm. The variety changed every night and it is constantly replenished to ensure it’s hot. The hotel upgraded guests, on request, at half the standard price of the buffet due to the quietness of the area, which I thought was commendable. Local beverages were good as were the cocktails and were priced reasonably. So a must visit in May if you like quiet or later in the year if you like a bit busier.

I can’t praise this hotel enough! From the moment we walked through the door we got a warm welcome! The reception staff can’t do enough to assist. A big Thankyou to Doris who put together my personal holiday plan of places we wanted to visit. The food is excellent and such a wide range of choice, our room had the most amazing view from 901 and was so spacious.The bar and restaurant staff greet you with a smile and cant do enough, our room was kept emaculate at all times. This holiday has just been perfect in every way! We can’t wait to come back. The trips from the hotel are great value and well run. We visited the 5 islands by speed boat, a must , both lakes plitvit and Krka waterfalls and Trogir, Brac boat trip, quad biking, and also hired a car to visit Zadar and Sibinek. Split is about an hour away but easy excess by bus.Omis is a beautiful location with the beautiful backdrop of the mountains. What more can I say but just perfect! Thankyou again to all the lovely staff that me this trip truely special! ❤️

From pickup from the airport to our transfer back to the airport this hotel has provided a caring efficient customer service. Reception staff informative, excellent communication skills. Have travelled to Canada, America and most of Europe stayed in 4/5 star hotels and none have matched the selection of dishes provided at the Breakfast and Dinner Buffets. The rooms are large with beautiful bathrooms. The views from the big balcony are beautiful. Highly commend all the Hotels staff who carried out their duties efficiently and effectively always with a smile .

Hotel is superb with excellent staff, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are lovely , we had been upgraded to the 11th floor, the view was amazing, couldn’t fault this hotel in any way, our maid kept the room spotless. We had booked bed and breakfast originally, and asked reception could we add the evening buffet on arriving It was done, we booked trips via reception and thoroughly enjoyed them, we had a takeaway breakfast provided, lovely surprise . Food was delicious and plentiful on the buffet. All bar staff were super, we had great rapport with Petra, Luca,Sania and Antonio A big thank you to the Plaza on all your amazing staff.
