服務挺好的的，本來訂了雙人標間，因帶孩子，酒店免費為我升級為親子房間！房間很好很好，孩子喜歡智能的房間！旁邊不遠處還有美景劍湖、美食東襄閣！

2.空調不制熱，晚上凍人，澡都沒法洗
3.反饋空調不制熱後説空調壞了，加床被子？？

從出電梯的一剎那，給人的感覺就很乾凈明亮舒適，前台小姐姐人也很好，服務態度超好，幫我們辦理入住，房間真的沒得説，燈光給人的感覺也很暖，並且房間設施也是智能控制的，晚，放下行李就去劍湖邊逛了逛，離劍湖和古城都不是很遠，步行就能到達，晚上回房間之後發現從房間窗户看到的夜景也很美，真的是各方面都讓我很滿意，下次再來還會選擇這家酒店的

酒店環境整潔，清潔工作做得很到位，房間佈局堪稱完美，前台人超好，服務周到，讓人無比舒心，給我營造了一種家的感覺，無論大處到小處都是如此精緻環境出乎意料的好。收拾的很乾凈而且重點是設施完善，網速很快玩遊戲完全沒有問題，特別適合出來旅行一時沒着落的時候去開個房間幾個人一起玩會兒，離沙溪古鎮也很近，推薦大家來住！

衞生打掃的很乾凈也很智能，基本都可以用小愛操作，房間性價比很高，很寬敞整體是我喜歡的風格，前台服務熱情，態度也很好，床鋪很軟，被子蓋起來很舒服，來了不止一次了，電腦配置很高，非常適合和朋友一起開黑，體驗感很好，很過癮，環境很舒適，聊聊天喝喝小酒打打遊戲再好不過了，物超所值，反正就是很推薦

位置優越交通便利，距離客運站很近，距離古鎮也不遠。酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，隔音好，晚上休息不會被吵到，住的很舒服，裝修也很不錯，東西都很新。前台人員服務態度都很好，很主動，熱情。加個微信有事情直接就秒回，房間設施很智能，開關燈開關窗簾等都可以用小愛同學控制，個人覺得性價比蠻高。
