服務完全跟不上這個價位的酒店，大雨天房間弄到三點多才有房，然後房間房卡還搞錯，接駁車給我們放下馬上走了完全沒有指導入住服務跟其他的大型度假酒店完全沒的比，然後聯繫了前台換房卡直接讓我們在雨裏還等了小半小時全淋濕了酒店也沒説什麼，房卡也不知道怎麼搞的還換了兩次才能開門，到了房間衞生也很差，根本沒有仔細打掃，還有一堆空瓶子都沒收拾不知道這酒店怎麼打掃的反正服務都是很應付，迷你吧也是空的，完全沒有心情欣賞這麼好的景，還有房間沒有連接前台的電話要靠微信聯繫管家服務很不方便，有時發訊息得到回覆很慢，第一次住到兩千左右價位這麼差服務和房間設施的度假酒店

這家酒店非常漂亮，房間設施相對於其他度假酒店，顯得更豪華上檔次。房間很大，並且有超大的露台，面對着綠綠的湖水，和幾個綠樹成蔭的小島，非常愜意，風光盡顯。住在這個酒店是動靜皆宜，有各式各樣的水上運動和親子活動。很感謝徐管家的殷切關懷與照顧，下次還會再來。

假期和家人一起去的，度假村真的沒得説了，吃喝玩樂一條龍!水上樂園項目，皮划艇，水上自行車，天鵝家庭船，小黃鴨親子船，小汽艇，水上摩託……孩子們玩嗨到飛起，大人也放鬆同樂，玩好水上項目還有孩子們最期待的卡丁車項目，親子組隊真人CS，項目玩累了，還可以去貓咖啡店美美的享受下午茶時光，園區竟然還有時下最流行的古裝變裝體驗館，全家人來了個時光穿越變裝體驗，大家都留下了深刻的美好回憶，然後再一起騎着繞園的協力自行車，慢慢的騎行繞園，看夕陽西下，看綠茵滿園，看湖光山色美景，三天二夜的行程，根本玩不夠!（未完待續））

樂活島，顧名思義就是一個快樂生活的島嶼，進入酒店全程都由服務人員為你服務，讓我們有種回家的感覺，尤其是和平隊長，熱情周道，臨走的時候還親自採摘了蔬果給到我們，其次説説酒店的環境，依山傍水 愜意悠哉，設施也非常齊全，是親子度假的優選之地，值得推薦！下次還會繼續入住

酒店環境很好，服務也周到，有接駁車送到酒店門口。湖景房可以看到湖，有個大露台，天氣好可以曬太陽，酒店可以釣魚，周邊有草莓園。

是個好地方，山清水秀很安靜，有很多水上項目，有個白沙灘🏖特別是要給接駁車汪師傅點個贊，服務太好了，有求必應還特別體貼，感受到了建德人民的好素質，圖中草莓也是拜託他買的，又大有甜還實惠的很！

兩室一衞的套房寬敞舒適，辦理入住退房快捷，接駁車的叔叔都很熱情服務到位，島上玩樂項目一應俱全，不出酒店也能玩上半天。唯一美中不足的是早餐要168一位有點過了，明明攜程上看到早餐是68一位
