比想象中的要好，衞生乾淨，服務態度也很好，可以免費停車，價格也不貴。就是房間有裝修的味道，還要再放一段時間。

衞生：衞生基本沒有什麼瑕疵
環境：樓下裝修很吵，應該提前告知
設施：需要的設施基本上都有。老式的酒店，電視機比較老舊可以理解。
服務：訂的行政套房，沒有行政體驗。
服務基本沒有，晚上十一點到，騎了四五個小時的車，人很疲憊，包袱很沉，也沒人幫忙搬一下接一下，保安站在旁邊看着，還催我去拍照，一點眼力見都沒有。
行李車也不知道幫忙拿出來，還要我自己去問。

性價比很高，不足200的房費還要什麼自行車呢？因為要去小鳥天堂和梁啟超故居，又要靠江門站，找了半天找到的這家店，雖然大堂極小，電梯也不大，但是總體衞生還不錯，房間臨街晚上有些吵，房間裏有紅木椅子。不含早，酒店對面有一家飯店不錯。

這是最近小鳥天堂的酒店，大堂比較大，房間乾淨，舒適，安靜，早餐要上6樓吃，最贊就是停車場，免費並足足有一個小型足球場大。中午入住酒店，午休後去了小鳥天堂遊船觀鳥，50元/人，船繞着榕樹走，密密麻麻的小白鷺，如此高密度的場景，我還是第一次見，壯觀。接着去了梁啟超故居，瞭解梁啟超先生生平故事，傍晚時分到陳皮村，這是陳皮批發零售雲集的商城，裏面到處都漂着清幽陳皮香，好舒服。各式的餐館非常多，真是食、買、玩一條龍服務，陳皮體驗館可以參觀一下，講解員很耐心細緻給我們講解，是一次不錯的體驗。最後買了：陳皮姜、川貝陳皮、陳皮花生、小青柑、三寶扎、10年陳皮非常滿足的一次差旅遊。

房間設施設備一般，最主要一晚上也沒睡好，蚊子太多，咬到起包，打死蚊子還有血跡。空調也是隔一會就響，影響睡覺。
