I had an excellent stay at the Jianshui Hotel. My room was very comfortable and clean, and although the rooms are modern, the hotel has an 'old-town' feel with a large entrance courtyard and interesting decorations in the reception. I enjoyed eating breakfast here too, and I felt there was a huge variety to choose from. The staff here are so patient, friendly and kind; I always feel sorry for check-in staff because of how much work they have to do to register a foreigner, especially as I didn't immediately understand some of the requirements. The ladies were always so patient dealing with me. I also love the location, right next to the North Gate and Beizheng Street, within walking distance of many interesting places in the Old Town of Linan. I hope to come back again one day!

能刷到這條的都逃！千萬別定這家酒店，硬件設施和軟件服務衞生全是垃圾。
設施：房間老舊隔音爛，洗澡水疲軟的像在下毛毛雨
衞生：看看這床品上的各種污漬，喊了服務員來換床單被套，一掀開看到床墊差點吐出來，這麼多污漬的墊子鋪了薄薄一層床單就敢讓客人睡啊
服務：前台板着個臉，似乎客人都欠了她幾百萬，多要張房卡費勁的彷彿能要她命，早餐收餐票的大爺更離譜，家人不舒服想打包份早餐回房間吃也不讓，怎麼説都不行非要讓人下樓吃
這軟硬件條件也敢要500+一晚，荒唐，十一再漲價也離譜

多長去建水旅遊，這次選擇建水酒店住宿，到前台問一位女年輕服務員，問幾聲代答不理，再問就很不耐煩，服務很惡劣，對我們入住留下很不好印象，客房不配備洗衣房給客人帶來不便，總體對這個酒店服務感到揪心。以後再來建水不會在選擇這個酒店同時也希望酒店負責人加強服務人員服務培訓。

這家酒店是我唯一給差評的酒店，前台接待冷冰冰，對顧客提出的問題愛搭不理，不具備服務人員的基本素養。客服領班也是如此，引領看房間情況非常不耐煩。房間設施簡陋，有異味。早餐都是飯菜都是涼的，用餐後腸胃非常不適。

酒店很新很大，位置非常好，停車非常方便。服務態度也很好，入住、退房速度很快，前台介紹清楚還很貼心把兩天的早餐券分開摺好交給住客。早餐很好，不僅有常規自助餐還有特產米線。正好碰到中秋節，酒店額外贈送了月餅、水果和小食。衞生間乾濕分離，唯一有點不足的是淋浴房加一個門就好了。

位置很好，離南京博物院、總統府、中山風景區、玄武湖公園都不算遠，還有2號地鐵，黃浦路和中山路上道路兩邊都是好好大的法國梧桐樹，非常美，據説是宋美齡喜歡法國梧桐，於是蔣介石就種滿了整個南京，內部還有勵志樓，蔣宋二人在此居住辦公，1945年9月9日，何應欽代表中國戰區受降後，在勵志樓舉行盛大的慶祝活動！
