枕套看起來不太臟就不換，枕頭上有頭髮夾雜一股子頭油味，噁心壞我了，送個廉價紅酒還不如帶早餐，早餐我們4個大人2個小孩收我120，早餐品種少還難吃。不會有下次入住

房間很大，也很乾凈，走路十五分鐘可以到達東方百盛，小吃很多，非常方便，但是，我們房間的洗澡水有問題，衹有熱水沒有冷水，根本沒法洗澡

入住房間發現屋裡煙味重，桌子上還有煙灰，空調出風口掛着晾衣架，座機電話壞了，無法聯繫前台。跟前台溝通後給換了一個房間，結果晚上洗澡水不熱，後來溝通讓去其他房間洗了個澡。酒店硬件不算舊，感覺就是沒有管理，人員態度但是挺好。服務人員都不穿工服，感覺像住在家庭旅社。

前台服務不錯，防疫期間能認真檢查各位住客的碼。那個小程序填的東西太多了，我們當時急着去長城所以有點急躁，但她們都很理解並配合，還不忘讓我們帶上水去長城。
位置可能不算市中心吧，但這個地方也不大，晚上安靜，睡得挺好，酒店送的杏子好甜啊！贊！當時房價沒包早餐，所以出去附近吃牛肉麪了，也挺好的。
