首先服務員客服態度是可以的，這個可以認可。但是這裏的衞生真的很差，一翻開被子枕頭都是發黃的。還有的話就是這邊隔音太差了，也許是工業附近吧還是ktv這邊，從早吵到晚。真的不太推薦這邊入住，好吵好吵

是這個酒店的老客户了，經常住，但是遇到兩次衞生很差。這一次床上有飛蛾，一動不動，後來直接死在床上。然後半夜一點，對面房間的人開着門喝酒大聲説話，忍了半小時打電話給前台，叫前台去調解一下，前台直接説這件事她管不了，前台態度差。我也是住酒店，他們也住酒店，都是客人，他們影響到我睡覺了，去叫他們小聲一點，難道酒店人員還管不了？熱水也是很無語，之前來是這樣，現在也是這樣，冬天的等半天都沒熱水出來，等了幾分鐘後出來還是温水，在這裏洗能凍**

房間沒有洗髮水，我打第一個電話給前台，她説補不了，我打第2個電話問能不能從隔壁房拿一個過來用一下，她説要去問問，最後下樓找到前台，她才給了，態度極差！！！

房間環境還可以，不用休息不用睡覺不怕吵的可以入住，樓下就是ktv，整棟樓都在震，還有人唱歌給你聽。半夜還有酒店的人直接開門進來説我們要退房，沒搞明白就直接開門進來，完了連個不好意思都不會説。熱水不好調節這個都是小問題了。
