Clean and sanitary, good service,

I was very dissatisfied with the service. I had a morning flight the next day. I asked in advance about breakfast, and they said it was from 7:00 to 9:30. There was a wide variety of options, and the standard breakfast cost was 30 yuan per person, which was more than my personal expense (which I thought was reasonable). When I went for breakfast after 7:00, it wasn't open. Worried about missing my flight, I went to the service center to check out. I said breakfast wasn't open and I couldn't eat, so I just wanted a refund. The waiter said breakfast was complimentary and non-refundable. Breakfast was included in the hotel booking, as were entrance fees, free tickets, and checked luggage. I hope everyone avoids this trap. It's more convenient to choose a hotel outside the scenic area. There are more options, and the area isn't very large, so it doesn't take long to walk around. You can't order takeout from inside the scenic area; you have to go out and pick it up, which is very inconvenient. Finally, the staff privately messaged me to refund the 60 yuan for the meal, and even took a screenshot of the breakfast area open. "I was furious and said, 'I didn't do this for the 60 yuan.' They're treating me like a liar.'" The scenery was beautiful, but I left feeling very angry.
