挺糟心的一次住宿，本來為了父母過來方便，打算常來的，結果第一天因為水管有銹，洗澡水是黃的，客房搖椅不能使勁仰，長者一坐差點摔過去！貼個提示吧，長者不隔摔啊，這出了問題就是坑苦一家人了。房間地墊是放在浴缸裏洗的，裏面都是沙子，浴缸臟，浴缸袋還要收費12元。（我們那海景房這個價格要啥有啥）浴室瓷磚一有水很滑，面積還很大，孩子摔了兩次！淋浴要很大力氣才能扭動。房間靠窗位置和其他房間是相通的，右邊全是餐飲，晚上11:20還在聚餐，聲音嘈雜，煙味也會進入到我們客房，好不容易客人走了，又開始工作人員霹靂乓啷收盤子第二天六點多又開始裝修，毫不顧忌這個樓上有住宿的客人，還叫貴賓樓，出了問題送了我們寫着酒店logo的扇子和毛巾，收和退回都尷尬，耽誤了我們所有行程，孩子睡到九點多，自助早飯都沒大有了，也涼了，咖啡像白開水，眼都睜不開連杯咖啡都沒有，衹會告訴我下次來一定好好服務，本來就生氣，千萬別送酒店周邊，我也最忌諱下次這個詞，有了問題告訴我下次彌補，我從來不會去，一開始換了個帶院子的房間880，有剛裝修的味道，床單還破了個洞，我們就吃了個飯，實在呆不下去，想退不給退，我説象徵性我付點錢，要我440，倆小時，有問題不給主動解決，嘮叨半天給換了房間，住過這個價格酒店都是主動解決問題，山莊想讓我們提，我覺得就變味道了，也不差這點，第一天1413，第二天880吸着二手煙和噪聲睡覺，酒店沒有泳池沒有温泉沒有孩子遊樂區，自認為這價格可以住的很舒服了。吃早飯，員工推餐車，直接撞到喝湯的孩子，虧了我在身邊，不然後果不堪設想。這些都告訴了酒店，最後退房竟然全款收了我的房間費，下面視頻是早上六點多裝修的聲音和9-11點多酒店客人的嘈雜聲，孩子被吵的都害怕，兩千多住成這樣，也不能當著孩子麪和他們吵，誰又會拿着自己的時間下次再去期待你彌補，當下都這樣，衹能拔草了，非常不滿意的一次住宿

非常不滿意，因為就連最基本的睡眠都保證不了，隔壁是個婚房，早上不到七點就一羣人在別人房間門口走廊大聲説話嬉笑，去勸阻也沒用，還説“人家這是婚房呢”，打電話去前台第一句也是“隔壁的情況是婚房，希望理解”…所以？？？我是沒付房費還是怎麼樣？為什麼我定的房間，連睡覺都不行？？😡
1.首先是酒店安排絕對有問題，婚房這麼吵，幹嘛在附近安排住客，也不提前和住客説？？我作為消費者，享有法律所保護的最基本的知情權和選擇權吧，哪個大怨種住客會選擇一間保證不了基本睡眠的房間啊，這明擺着就是酒店既收了婚房的錢又想賺人家普通客人的錢
2.隔音非常差，走廊聲音房間內聽得一清二楚，我本來是個睡眠質量好的人，都被吵醒了，可想而知隔音多差
3.早餐也很差，沒位置坐，也沒幾個菜，建議來的顧客點早餐外賣

帶孩子參加比賽，賽場就在酒店對面50米，酒店風景也很好，位置棒；住了兩晚，好幾次看到工作人員蹲在樓梯上清潔，房間衞生也特別好，沒有死角，對酒店的衞生甚是滿意；服務很貼心，入住前一天工作人員會提前聯繫；早餐價格合理，營養豐富。

簡直是我近幾年住過最最最滿意的酒店了。
定這家酒店的目的是因為要參加舜耕會展中心的漫展，覺得近就定了這個看起來很老派的酒店。進大堂有些緊張生怕房間老化條件不好。但房間真的讓我很驚喜。
衞生：重度潔癖人員在摸到浴缸上面沒有一點油脂的時候心情大好，浴缸和洗手枱都是科勒的我也很安心。
細節：包括房間內準備的茶水，鮮果零食，還有阿姨們殷勤的一直想給我收拾房間但總被睡懶覺的我拒之門外哈哈哈哈哈哈哈
交通：一提舜耕兩個字司機們都知道了。賊方便。近千佛山趵突泉大明湖恆隆。全部起步價。
服務：每次進門的門僮小哥和小姐姐都會替我開門並怕我撞頭扶住上門框。我一直是出租車來回，從來沒有給我他們看車下飯的感覺。這個真的很不錯。包括替我和司機商討位置的禮賓小姐姐，還有幫我拿行李，寄存行李，怕我沉一直在問我的一個很帥的的小哥。總之大堂一直有人，照顧你的一言一行從不會讓社恐慌亂。
看大堂師傅去撈得病的錦鯉也是小插曲。愛看魚的人真的很開心。
篇幅有限無法將這個酒店給我賓至如歸的處處温暖盡數道來，舜耕山莊秉承的理念或許不僅是給人過夜避雨的房屋，更是用初心平等待人待物的可貴精神。真不錯

環境很不錯的酒店 還能看見孔雀 進門就看見床上擺了酒店員工自己綉的十字綉 茶几上擺了歡迎水果 特別感謝桂英姐姐幫我們打掃衞生 還幫我們更換了一次性馬桶墊 這個真的很加分 貴賓樓前台的姐姐們也很好 幫我們叫擺渡車還幫我們解決燃眉之急 還送了小風扇給我們 美滋滋 下次來濟南還會考慮來這裏！

舜耕山莊作為濟南老牌的酒店，開會呀，吃飯呀，經常會去，確實比較方便。這一次去讓我對酒店的管理層刮目相看。中間鬧了一點小誤會，然後大堂副理第一時間及時跟進，充分理解客人的感受和體驗，酒店在服務方面的確給到了非常有力的支持。果然是大店的風格，重視客户體驗。還會再去的，相信會越來越好。
