前台服務員説話態度很差，出言傷人，我進店問她鐘點房多少錢，她説的是在前台定多少錢，我嫌比攜程貴點，就用攜程訂了三個小時，是下午2點半到5點半，當時進店的時候是2點左右，不到2點半，她沒有提醒我還不到點，就給我開房了，到了5點她電話説到點了，已經三個小時了，我説攜程上是到5點半，她就説我是小人，算計着佔便宜，不到點不該讓我上來，我説你這個是什麼態度，怎麼能這樣説客人呢，我説你沒有提醒我，當時不到2點半可以不讓我上來，後來到5點一刻左右我退的房，我説了一下前台服務員怎麼講話這樣傷人，她不承認説了我小人，希望攜程查一下電話錄音，到底是不是她説了這個話，哪裡見過這樣的服務員，素質差了吧，出差碰上這個服務員 ，真是太不愉快了

#負評#對位置，走廊隔音，鄰近活動失望；第一次想给酒店差评，卫生太差劲了，马桶上洗手池里都有头发，没有一次性拖鞋，公共拖鞋客人使用过都没有刷，毛巾有黄色污渍没洗掉，牙膏杯里水渍污渍很明显，订的两个房间都有这种问题，难道保洁就换换床单被罩其他卫生都不打扫吗？真想上传一下图片给大家看看
