Everything was except that the people working at the reception did not know english. So it was difficult to communicate. But they did try their best through different translation apps

就在濟南西站旁邊一棟樓裏，那個樓都是各家酒店，樓層很多人很多等電梯就比較慢，房間衞生還是挺乾淨的，前台小姐姐也棒棒的

位置不錯，離西站很近，服務很好，但是環境和衞生真的是很無語，早餐供應到十點，八點去就是涼的，不會再加熱，一路走來都是選住如家精選，這一站是最差的。
