The hotel is backed by a mountain and faces a lake. The environment is beautiful, and the service is warm and thoughtful. The younger brother will help with luggage. The room is very large and has an open-air balcony. The room is very hygienic and spotless. The tables and chairs on the open-air balcony are very clean and tidy. 環境很好 房間很大 周圍沒有餐飲外賣
早餐非常差勁 沒有告知早餐廳在哪 跟着遊客摸索過去
餐廳內非常擁擠 都要提前佔桌強排
不僅餐桌少 一眼望過去都是擺滿了剩飯餐盤的桌子
本來餐食少 補得還不及時 牛奶是沒有奶味的奶粉調兑 包子饅頭油條都是速食加熱 水果衹有一種
而且除了麪條湊合沒一個好吃的

酒店房間餐廳還是不錯的，早餐也很豐盛，帶小朋友去的，去之前做了攻略看了酒店裡麪就有小朋友可以玩的樂園還可以投喂小動物，之前看的都是免費的，結果去了告知投喂小動物要買門票，所謂的買門票就是必須買他們酒店售賣的胡蘿蔔，才可以進去看小動物

酒店設施齊全，硬件配套完善，湖景房風景非常不錯！
房間面積很大，浴室乾濕分離，浴缸還有電視～
酒店2層有健身房、乒乓球室，1層有萌寵樂園、小火車、電動小汽車、滑梯鞦韆、撈魚龜；
東側配樓“美食薈”有早餐廳、零點餐廳，還有小童樂園～
夜晚還有篝火晚會，電蒸汽篝火+鄉村野迪～
整體來説，酒店條件優越，又新又齊全～
美中不足，服務跟不大上！
一是客房服務，晚上9點多座機撥打客房、前台，均無應答；二是早餐服務，十一假期入住客人比較多，早餐種類供給不足、翻枱不及時餐桌無清理；三是客房打掃，效率不高～
酒店可能常態化經營時客户不多，高峯期高客流服務經驗不足，但與同等規格下的酒店水準相比，服務品質有待提高，期待越來越好！

十月一時間來國際會議中心遊玩很愉快，房間乾淨明亮，打掃及時，負責人楊秀英、朱翠華還給孩子準備小禮品，温馨周到。用早餐時張霞服務到位，熱心的講解。而且早餐用餐也不擁擠，孩子玩的挺多，吃喝玩樂一天下來樂不思蜀，適合度假

設施：房間內的浴缸大讚，房間面積也很大，有獨立陽台，白日景色很美
衞生：無論是房間內還是公共區域都一塵不染
環境：瀕臨湖邊，自然環境優美，清晨的空氣很清新
服務：服務非常周到，而且沒有侵犯的感覺。在入住之前就接到了酒店賓客關係部小亓的電話，後面大堂經理朱雲飛為我們安排了房間。當天到的時間較晚，沒想到不管是門口禮賓還是前台人員都能以熱情的態度歡迎我，房間也佈置的很温馨。
