When you're out and about, getting warm water is always a hassle—you either have to wait for a kettle to heat up or buy bottled water and have to carry it with you. But here, there's no need to wait for water. With a single button, you can switch between room temperature, warm, and hot water, making it perfect for making coffee in the morning or drinking honey water in the evening. Especially when you wake up thirsty in the middle of the night, you don't have to fumble for bottled water in the dark; you can just walk to the kitchen and get a glass of warm water in three seconds. They were able to accommodate a late check-out due to my itinerary, which was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. The breakfast spread was ample and looked very nutritious. The late-night congee delivery was a warm and comforting touch. Highly recommend! My overall experience was fantastic. The bedding, as expected, was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were patient and thorough, and the housekeeping aunties were very efficient. It was a pleasant experience and left me with a great impression of Jinan.

A very scenic and peaceful location, you can enjoy the lake area right at the hotel's doorstep. The only thing is the only way to reach the hotel is by foot and the nearest the car can drop off is by the road side of the lake. However the hotel provides a vehicle service to fetch you and your luggage to and fro to the location you need to be so you don't have to travel by foot with your luggage. Hotel staff is exceptionally hospitable and friendly, they sincerely welcome you and help you with any requests or questions. They're so cheerful as well We even received some souvenirs at the end of your stay which was very nice of them, and was provided with free breakfast daily. Breakfast food was good too with a cosy but adequately filling selection. Some items change on different days too. Overall, apart from the hotel being a little old and the toilet interior design being a little odd, it was a very comfortable stay!

This trip was very pleasant. The service of Shandong Jiankang Licheng Hotel was very good. The warm service of Ms. Jing and Ms. Zhang, the waitresses on the 11th floor, made us feel very cordial. The service manager and employees in the lobby were very enthusiastic. They took the initiative to introduce us to the surrounding attractions and routes, and added WeChat to answer our questions at any time. The restaurant manager came out to serve the guests in person, which fully reflected the hotel's spirit of teamwork and is our role model! The hygiene of the dishes is exquisite in details. Hotel location is good, not very far from attractions. Good service and breakfast! Cleaner lady is very friendly and helpful. Downside: it’s very old and needs renovation! The lobby looks dark and old, only four seats at the lobby and mostly occupied. Should have put more chairs for people to sit and rest! Washing machines and the dryer are not functioning well, the weather was hot so we needed to wash cloth often, it took a few hours to wash and dry, very inconvenient!

the experience was very good ! Xiao Li and Xiaohou at the front desk provide warm and thoughtful service. The layout of the room is reasonable, the office area is well lit, and the network is super fast, which does not delay the work at all. The dishes served in the hotel's restaurant are full of flavor, and the chef's craftsmanship is excellent. The staff has a strong sense of service, will respond to requests, and the details are handled in place. Highly recommended!

The hotel is at the back of the train station. You have to go around to take the train. I wanted to book the Railway Hotel, but it was full that day, so I booked this hotel instead. It looks like a big hotel from a distance. There are 4 counters in the lobby, two of which are hotels, and the other two are unknown companies. The front desk lady was very good and upgraded me. I wonder if it was from the 12th floor to the 17th floor? The room is a bit small, and some furniture cannot be put together, which makes it difficult to use. It would be better to remove the slats on the cabinets. When I turned off the TV and planned to go to bed at night, I noticed that the train noise was quite loud. The breakfast was good, with both Chinese and Western food, but it was a bit salty. They insisted on the traditional characteristics of Shandong cuisine and were unwilling to change.

Choosing Atour S Hotel Jinan Baotu Spring was definitely the right decision for my trip to Jinan! This hotel is an absolute gem. The location is unbeatable; Baotu Spring is just a few dozen meters walk from the main entrance, and after exploring Furong Street in the evening, it's only a few minutes' walk back – no need to worry about transportation at all. The service is incredibly thoughtful; as soon as I arrived, the front desk offered me black tea brewed with water from Heihu Spring and even proactively upgraded my room for free. The housekeeping staff kept the room spotless, it was well-equipped, and very clean. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the late-night porridge service was a great touch. All the amenities were well-stocked. I honestly can't find any fault with the location, service, or facilities. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Jinan!

I booked this room for my mother, and overall, from the service to the room quality, from the location to the surrounding environment, plus the small courtyard, the experience was really nice. What's more, the price wasn't expensive for such a great experience, not even during peak season. Out the front door, you'll find shops and eateries, and out the back door, there's a pedestrian street with a pond. Just a short walk further is Daming Lake. My mother will definitely stay here again next time she visits.
