He immediately closed the door without saying a word. I went downstairs immediately. I asked the front desk what was going on. The front desk checked and said sorry that they wrote the wrong room number! Then I took the new room card and went to 1809. So far, the hotel has not compensated me. Maybe this is an insignificant matter in their hotel's eyes? But as an i person, I feel speechless, so I deduct one for the service✨, is that okay? Enjoy MINIBAR: This is very good. The coffee is delicious and the snacks are okay, but the egg tart is obviously left over from breakfast (the outer circle of the crispy egg tart is hardened) and the meat floss bread is dry and hard to bite. 🥲 It is understandable that the afternoon tea is limited, but it is another feeling if it is not delicious. So I deduct another one. I didn’t eat the executive dinner. I felt that it might be left over to fool people, so I didn’t want to go. The rooms are spacious and impressive, with beautiful views. The hospitality was incredibly warm, especially Vicky, who was exceptionally attentive and truly made me feel at home, showcasing the renowned hospitality of Shandong people. All in all, a wonderful trip. Oh, and after Shandong Taishan's 6-0 win against Beijing Guoan, I even made sure to have a smoke by the hotel entrance and waited for some Guoan fans. What a happy day!

For a budget hotel, it's pretty good. The hotel room was huge. The breakfast was not bad. There's a couple BBQ places next to hotel and a few shops nearby. There's a huge mall called MixC which is a short taxi ride away. Lots of restaurants and shops there, I highly recommend it.

Not bad hotel for good price. The room was comfortable, has a good view of the city and mountains, but windows were very dirty, so I can’t see clearly. Unfortunately soundproofing was not very good, it was a bit noisy in the room. The room condition was ok, but toilet doors was very bad. About location, the hotel isn’t very close to metro, but it’s ok, anyway this city doesn’t have a lot of metro stations now. Otherwise it’s close to some interesting places as Shandong museum, big shopping mall (these two locations are literally under the hotel), and there is a good park with beautiful view of the city in about 1 km away from the hotel. And also the hotel’s building has a 7eleven near main entrance.

The hotel room type is great. We arrived at the hotel a little late because of the high-speed rail. The lady at the front desk upgraded the room type for us. She was nice and kind. The house was very comfortable and clean. I used to stay at Seasons Hotel, but in comparison, this one is more comfortable than Seasons Hotel. I will stay here again in the future and give it a score of 99.
