昨天帶孩子去濟南考試，想着定個離學校近的條件好點的酒店，可以讓他中午休息會，所以便下單了全季，平時出門一般都會選擇漢庭全季亞朵這些，是覺得房間乾淨，服務也好，都是出於信任。但昨天在這家全季的居住體驗，確實很一般。可能是因為我定的是鐘點房，所以前台給了我走廊最盡頭的一間，倒是有窗户，但是很小的那種，門口到也還有一扇窗，但房間光線很暗，感覺不好，甚至感覺裝修都有些舊，當然這衹是個人感覺，畢竟2024年新開業的不至於舊，新開業也是我選擇這家的原因之一。不過房間這個事怪我沒有和前台明確不要走廊盡頭、要有正常的大窗户這些要求，責任在我。但這直接導致了我們的居住體驗感很差。這週末還要去一次，原本打算還是定這裏，但肯定不會再選擇這了。外面還有施工的，聲音挺大的，關上窗好很多。這個酒店在訂單詳情裏已經説明瞭，在意這方面的朋友可以注意一下。 再就是，居住期間我們分兩次定了兩杯咖啡，第一杯機器人很順利的就送到了，第二杯從騎手打電話説已經放在機器人裏，過去二十分鐘了還沒送到，我便打前台電話，我先強調了已經二十分鐘了，前台答覆我説再等等，我説都二十分鐘了還沒送到，肯定不正常啊，就衹是讓我等？前台回覆説那我們看看吧。又過了十多分鐘，給我來電話説是咖啡在機器人裏撒了，據他們猜測，注意是猜測，應該是騎手放進去後因為咖啡杯比較高機器人關蓋子時碰倒了，讓我聯繫騎手商量怎麼處理，我説怎麼能證明是騎手的責任還是酒店機器人的責任呢？反正反覆就是那些話，我也不想多計較，因為孩子還在備考。最後也沒找酒店也沒找騎手，我明白他們都不是故意的，但酒店處理問題的速度、能力和方式還是有需要改進的地方。
