Shell Stays in Jinan

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, just a 10-minute drive away. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle service, though return trips to the airport are only available on the hour. However, getting to the city center from here is quite inconvenient, and it's a long walk to the nearest metro station. If you plan on frequently visiting the city, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Otherwise, everything else was satisfactory.

I always stay here when I come to Jinan. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the facilities are complete. The front desk staff are very welcoming. There's free parking, and it's close to Jingshi Road, making it convenient to go anywhere. The Chaoyixing restaurant is right next door, which is also very convenient. Friends who are in Jinan for business can book with confidence; it's great value for money! [Thumbs up][Thumbs up][Thumbs up]

The overall stay experience was good, but there is still room for improvement. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the subway station and business district; the front desk service is friendly and the check-in procedure is efficient; the room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the sound insulation is good. However, some facilities are a bit old and the bathroom floor drain is a bit slow. The mineral water was forgotten to be replenished when the guest room was cleaned, and the problem was solved promptly after being reminded. The price/performance ratio is moderate, suitable for short-term business stays. If you can pay more attention to the details of maintenance and enrich the dining options, I will consider staying again and recommend it to friends.

A pleasant stay at Shell Hotel, Jinan. Conveniently located near Daming Lake, offering clean, comfortable rooms with modern touches like automatic blinds. The staff was friendly and attentive, contributing to an overall positive experience. Reasonable rates add value to this delightful hotel. Recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

The little girl at the front desk service is very good, the sound is very sweet, and a breakfast is also sent, the room is very clean, the aunt in the room is also very good, it is recommended

This is my second time staying at this hotel and the experience is still great! The hotel's facilities are well maintained, the appliances and furniture in the room are very new and there is no sense of old. The equipment in the laundry room is very practical, the dirty clothes on business trips can be cleaned in time, and the dryer effect is also very good. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and they will take the initiative to say hello when they meet. They can also remember the preferences of old customers and will take the initiative to provide drinks that they often drink. The sanitary condition of the room has been very stable, the cleaning aunt cleaned very carefully, and even the corners of the bathroom were cleaned. The surrounding transportation and dining are very convenient, it is a good choice for business trips and travel, and will continue to support!

Facilities: Fully equipped with electric toilet Cleanliness: Very clean; room is cleaned daily upon extension of stay Environment: Beautiful environment; location very close to the old town, within walking distance Service: The receptionist was very helpful and pretty.
