Reception service is reasonably good, fast check-in, staff are friendly but speaks very basic English, hood enough by China standards. Stayed in the same hotel during opening a year ago, the room condition has since deteriorated but kept decently clean by very hardworking housekeeping staff. Hotel does not have any facilities hence nothing to comment. I stayed for 9 days this time round and the breakfast menu hardly changed throughout, bored with the same offerings after 2 days. Restaurant is very short staffed, with the same lady manning the noodle station & eggs station is also clearing tables. Only 1 staff handling the entire restaurant at most time. Perhaps due to competitive pricing offered, expect to encounter some low end guests with very uncultured behavior. Overall, it's a decent stay and good value for money.

From booking to check-out, the entire experience was fantastic! The front desk was professional, efficient, and friendly. Room service was responsive and attentive to every request. I especially want to commend the service of the front desk staff. They not only took the initiative to help with our heavy luggage, but they were also able to carry it [facepalming] and even brought it to my room to explain the hotel amenities, breakfast, and other questions. It was such a heartwarming experience. The service was truly exceptional, making the entire trip stress-free and enjoyable. The 5-star rating is well-deserved!

Convenient location. The hotel is located right next to the metro! Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. However, it seems to me that some rooms are suitable only for married couples, since the room with a bath was located exactly between the living room and the bedroom and did not have any doors. In addition to that the shower stall and toilet are connected by one door, so you are unlikely to be able to take a shower and go to the toilet at the same time with the person you are staying🤣

There is an elevated road on one side of the hotel and a railway on the other side. I thought it would be noisy, but it was surprisingly quiet. The hotel is next to the subway station and not far from Daming Lake, with convenient transportation. The hotel is quite new and the facilities are good. The breakfast is also OK, with a decent variety. The staff is very friendly and responsive. If I have the opportunity to come to Jinan next time, I will choose this hotel again!

Quiet environment: quiet in the middle of noisy, enjoy comfort Close to the business district, but the room was unexpectedly quiet! Double-layer soundproof glass blocks the street noise and sleeps particularly well at night. The hotel decoration is Italian simple style, the color is soft, there are sofas and books in the public area, suitable for our middle-aged and elderly to read books and be in a daze. There is also a small garden in the park. Take a walk in the morning, the air is fresh, and the mood is better!

Far beyond the expected stay experience! I felt very relaxed from entering the lobby and smelling a faint fragrance. The check-in at the front desk in June was very fast. The room design was strong and the details were in place, especially the support of the mattress and the choice of pillows. You can see the hotel's intentions. It was 30 degrees in Jinan, and the hotel did not provide air conditioning at night. I first asked the front desk, but the front desk said it could not be turned on, so I had to use the air circulator in the room. I asked Ctrip, and after contacting Ctrip customer service, an electric fan was delivered! The child was too hot to sleep, and the electric fan was loud, which seriously affected my rest! Consider staying carefully! ! Picture 1 is the electric fan delivered, and Picture 2 is the electric fan placed on the air circulator. I recorded a video, and even if it was turned on 1, the sound was loud, so there is no way to share the sound level! Picture 3 is the weather in Jinan that day, and Picture 4 is me turning on the air conditioning panel to show the indoor temperature! The room is very stuffy! The window in the room is very small, and it cannot be cooled down even if it is opened, and it is very noisy when the window is open! So I can only close the window! Ctrip customer service handled it very promptly, but how can the hotel facilities match it as a four-star/diamond hotel? ? ? ?
