本來訂的大床房，其實就是標間拼的。
衞生一般，沒有其它地方的維也納酒店乾淨。
價格也不便宜，但是感覺差。
最氣人的就是房間不隔音。特別是樓上一直搞的砰砰砰的。給前台打了兩次電話感覺有點不耐煩了。

這個酒店是我來西雙版納5天住得最差的！價格一百多有很多選擇我第一天住的那間什麼捨得就非常好！在菠蘿酒店旁邊！這一對比就是一個天一個地！這個酒店房間進去就一股味道，然後準備出去玩電梯還壞了被鎖在電梯裏十幾分鍾，玩完回來發現酒店裡也沒有洗澡的拖鞋，馬桶也快壞的樣子，櫃子也沒有把手。浴巾什麼的很臟！！一股味道！！吹風機放在櫃子裏面拿半天拿不了，洗完澡睡到半夜全身就很癢。然後最離譜第二天早上8:00居然就開始裝修！！！我是被吵醒的。帶着耳機放最大聲的音樂還是聽得到！真的很離譜裝修到，中午快12:00才停！！我半夜3點才睡，8:00就被吵醒！真的很氣出來玩住個酒店，還遇上裝修！因為我是買晚上的機票所以準備中午要睡到自然醒，結果一大早就被吵醒非常吵非常大聲睡不了。然後起來上廁所發現我臉過敏了！。就是被子跟枕頭很臟！！！不然不可能過敏氣死了衞生真的很差！！怎麼説也是連鎖酒店，怎麼會這樣！！！！！

奔着品牌來的，旁邊有便宜的，我沒有定，就訂了個稍貴的品牌酒店，大開眼界，結果體驗感特別差，簡直顛覆了我對維也納品牌的認知，房間地毯又爛又臟，沙發也是臟極啦，煙洞洞超級多，黑不溜秋的臟東西，很明顯，衞生間牆角也發黴了，面盆上也有頭髮，這麼個大的連鎖品牌為什麼會做成這樣，簡直毀了這個品牌，價格也不值，如果奔着性價比來的人，千萬別訂，很不值，服務給個三分也綽綽有餘了，給我推卡，下來也沒有網上便宜多少

酒店位置也很好，去星光夜市衹需要幾分鐘，離市中心很近，周邊環境也很舒適，非常適合旅行者入住
就是裝修白天有點吵，不過服務員都會提前告知，這次入住還是很愉快的
