我自己連人都沒有到店，後台就顯示我已經入住了！！！想取消訂單也不給取消！想更改日期也不給！酒店前台電話永遠打不通！我讓客服那邊打電話也沒接！！這種情況繼續下去，遲早要關門的一天，捲鋪蓋走人的！！我本不想説！但是酒店這邊態度極差！！

這次是我在這個平台定房最不好的經歷，老闆説酒店電器壞了，不能入住，我叫他帶我去看他所謂壞了的房間又説不能看有人入住，反正不給我們住，然後給我們另外安排了條件不敢恭維的農家樂房間。我就是不相信我定的2個房間都壞了，老闆就是滿嘴謊話欺騙消費者

可能是開得比較久了吧，服務態度不太好。房間衞生堪憂。需要重新裝修簡單整理一下了。位置還不錯。樓層高。但有些房間是有遮擋的。

衞生：不乾淨 全是蟲
服務：預訂之前特意打電話確認有沒有接送機服務明確告知有。 送機之前也統計過了。然後第二天出門告訴送不了了 司機起不來（7.00發車）
這不搞笑呢嗎？耽誤飛機你耽誤的起麼

差評差評差評差評，服務員（男女都包括在內）態度極其惡劣，房型都給我們弄錯了，折騰來折騰去，本來行李就多，當天回到酒店時間就晚，孩子還着急睡覺，總的來説，服務員做事不認真，態度還不好，簡直就是個大冤種，酒店房間設施老舊，衞生條件極差，還有股子怪味，總之不推薦任何人住在這裏！
