預訂兩間雙人間，帶着娃走到房間迎面一股黴味；這三伏天氣，床單居然都是濕濕的，套的垃圾袋裡全部都是水汽！去前台詢問，態度倒是挺好的，換了兩個房間，可惜房間內還是潮濕；房間後面窗户正對着一個山坡，估計因為樹木的原因導致房間潮濕；因為前台態度也不錯，懶得再換酒店；不過下次再去吉首應該不會再入住，帶着家人和小孩還是不能住這種潮濕的房間。

房間乾淨衞生，前台還有服務員的態度都很好。需要什麼都可以通過房間的電話聯繫他們，然後就是房間配的一次性用品質量真的很好酒店，酒店旁邊配的餐館味道很不錯。下樓馬上就可以吃大餐了。

前台小妹很熱情禮貌，進到房間裏很大而且乾淨整潔，地毯也是軟軟的可以光腳走，洗浴間裏的洗浴用品也是一應俱全，客房服務也很周到體貼，推薦入住。

房間寬敞明亮，衞生乾淨，床單整潔，配套設施完善，前台服務人員態度很好，尤其是前台的那個經理，任何事情都能得到很快的答覆，以後來吉首就選這家酒店了。

酒店服務很好，衞生乾淨，傳統維也納風格，樓下就是餐廳，菜口味還不錯，價格比較便宜，酒店性價比高。交通比較方便，就在高速口附近，離天虹不遠。👍👍👍

房間衞生乾淨，小孩還有小童牙刷，服務也挺好的，去鳳凰，矮寨大橋都挺近的，晚上逛了下乾州古城不要門票，酒店性價比很高。贊
