老闆娘開始還是安排了人來接進景區，客棧在景區裏面，自己走還是要走一公里，拖起行李實在不方便。還要自己掃碼買景區門票，我們一日三餐都在客棧吃的，還提前問了是不是可以送我們出景區門，回覆是可以，結果等到走的時候老闆不在，老闆娘給她娃兒説五一節領導來檢查，現在沒空送我們出去，要等二十分鐘後才能送，我們趕時間衹好自己提起行李走出去，走到門口看到老闆娘開起車從裏面出來，車上沒得人，等於説客棧老闆和老闆娘是寧願開空車出來都不願意順便送我們一公里，虧我們還這麼信任這家客棧，真的是一生黑！！！

景區內最好的位置，推窗就是風景，空氣一流，環境一流，坐在陽台就可以呆一整天，衹是受限於景區內部問題，水壓很小，木板隔斷，隔音不要過於追求，服務四分是因為老闆娘比較忙，接送這塊有待改進。

老闆娘人非常好，特地到遊客中心接我，還告訴我怎麼玩，位置也非常好。就是衞生實在有點堪憂。。。床單都是臟的。。廁所都有蜘蛛網。而且房間好多蟲子，估計是因為在山裡，就是有點嚇人。。總體來説，這個價格，又在景區這麼好的地段，可能也的確衹有這樣把。。。。

店的位置不錯，外觀如圖上風景，價格也不高，但是客房狹小。可以提供餐食，但談不上口味，且價格很貴，不知道是否當地物價導致。

客棧老闆人超好，跟自己家姐姐似的，房間也很乾凈，周邊都是美景，晚上姐姐還給做了地道的苗家菜，那個臘肉超好吃，大家可以放心入住

年三十晚來住的店，沒想到芷江的年夜這麼熱鬧，在和平碼頭那裡好多人燒煙花。酒店的位置真的是很好，在兩個風雨橋的中間，衞生也還算過得去，晚上看着江景喝點小酒真的很舒服。
