Among the three hotels in Luneng Town, I chose Indigo because I wanted to experience the ******* design characteristics. After experiencing it, I feel that I made the right choice. Thanks to Miss Mia for contacting us in advance and informing us that there is a pick-up and drop-off service in the package, which saves us a lot of worry and effort! It would be better if the breakfast could be richer

The room is spacious and beautiful. The housekeeper will be contacted in advance. The breakfast is very rich and the yak yogurt is excellent. However, as a five-star hotel, probably because there are many guests, the tables cannot be cleaned in time during breakfast. Even though we stood by and told the waiter three times, the waitress next to us would rather stand there than help with the cleaning. We had to wait for the cleaning lady to push the cart over. Finally, a male restaurant manager came by and cleaned up after seeing and asking questions. I give a thumbs up to this manager. Moreover, after checking out, there was no doorman to help push the luggage to the cart, which does not match the five stars.

This time I stayed at the InterContinental Hotel Indigo. The overall feeling was very good. The hotel lobby was very grand and exquisite, full of ******* style. There was a high-speed rail shuttle, the room environment was also good, the yak beef hot pot was great, the hotel staff were very nice, the service was very good, the housekeeper Xiaomi was attentive, thoughtful, and well arranged. It was a very good stay experience. I strongly recommend the InterContinental Hotel Indigo when you come to Jiuzhaigou
