To cut straight to the chase: a 5-star recommendation. As the daughter, I brought my parents here myself. I picked Songpin to give them, and myself, the best experience within our means. The Ctrip package included breakfast for two adults and two children, a vegetarian set meal for two, a personal travel photoshoot, a private hot spring pool, and experiences like feeding black swans and practicing Baduanjin/Tai Chi. Booking was very convenient and smooth. A day before our check-in, a butler contacted us to confirm our arrival time, so they could make arrangements in advance. The hotel's design is stunning, especially the lobby. It's grand, with a strong Chinese aesthetic, inspired by 'A Thousand Li of Rivers and Mountains' as its central theme, and features many Chinese red elements. It's no exaggeration to say that every step presents a picturesque view. The background music was consistently guqin, and the lobby always had incense burning, which truly created a peaceful and calming atmosphere. It's clear Wanda invested significant thought and resources into its creation back then. The complimentary vegetarian set meal was very generously portioned and tasted great; the three of us adults couldn't even finish it. The Chinese restaurant, located on the B1 level overlooking the lake, had a very comfortable ambiance. Songpin features 86 villa rooms, each uniquely named above its entrance and boasting a private front and back courtyard. We checked in during the evening, and the turndown service was a lovely, thoughtful touch. The private hot spring pool was already filled for us. The room was equipped with Nespresso capsules and Guicha tea bags. The first round of mini-bar items was complimentary, and there were also welcome fruits (though their quality was just average). Bottled water, small bottles of Baishui Mountain, totaled about 8 bottles spread across the two levels. This was actually quite good, already surpassing a third of luxury hotels. I'm not sure why, but the complimentary bottled water in luxury hotels nowadays often ranges from mediocre to downright poor. Now for the downsides. The toiletries were a bit odd – the shower gel and hand soap were combined into one product, a 'hand wash shower gel,' which wasn't very pleasant to use; it felt astringent. The shampoo was similar. I'm not sure if it was due to the rain these past two days, but despite having a dehumidifier, it wasn't on, so the bedding felt a bit damp, and the mattress was also very soft. Finally, a special shout-out to the complimentary travel photoshoot. Even though it involved light makeup and simple styling, it was clear a lot of care was put into it. The photographer genuinely spent a full hour with us, which was a real bonus. Both the hotel's interior and exterior environments are incredibly picturesque, meaning there's no need to brave crowds elsewhere for great photos. The overall experience was wonderful, and my mom was very satisfied, haha. I truly hope Songpin maintains its current positioning and high standards, and continues to improve. I've already recommended it to friends!

Our room type came with a private hot spring bath, and after a tiring day of sightseeing, it was incredibly relaxing to come back and soak in it. The villa was elegantly designed and even featured a mahjong table, which was a huge plus! The beautifully arranged greenery in our private courtyard was a delight to the eyes, and the entire hotel grounds were lush with dense, beautiful plants. My friend and I kept remarking on the lovely osmanthus scent; it was incredibly fragrant as we walked around. A Hanfu photography studio partners with the hotel and is conveniently located on-site. They even offered three complimentary photos, which added a fun and unique element to our trip. The absolute highlight was our butler, Leo. He was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, had an excellent attitude and personality, and was exceptional at resolving any issues. I can't recommend him enough!

The air is infused with the delicate fragrance of osmanthus, and the courtyards offer tranquil serenity with their winding, secluded paths. The attentive hotel staff's care is evident at every turn. The facilities are well-appointed, exuding classic elegance. Manager Dong's sincere and genuine smile at the front desk immediately made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. It's a truly rejuvenating place that nurtures your soul and stimulates your mind, making you want to return again and again!

The Qingcheng Songpin Hotel Chengdu boasts a tranquil and elegant environment. Its unique traditional Chinese garden design is truly captivating, making you feel like you've stepped into a Song Dynasty scroll painting. All the villa rooms are spacious and private, each featuring an individual outdoor hot spring tub, providing a fantastic experience. The butler service was very prompt and thoughtful. Overall, it's an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway.

The ambiance and service were both excellent. Our host was very responsive, and the shuttle arrived quickly. Check-in wasn't crowded, and the surroundings were very peaceful. There's a small courtyard where kids can play in the water, and adults can relax on lounge chairs.

Our room was very spacious, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the private hot spring was spotlessly clean. For my child's birthday, the butler thoughtfully surprised us with a cake, demonstrating truly attentive service. The complimentary photoshoot provided by the hotel was highly professional. The styling and makeup were beautifully done, and combined with the hotel's gorgeous setting, we were extremely happy with the resulting photos. The photographer was also excellent at guiding the children on how to pose.

As a reputable chain, Songpin Hotel offers excellent service. They provide a dedicated butler always ready to address any concerns. The ambiance is refined, and the cuisine is delightful. A particular highlight was the complimentary 'Le Chuan' travel photography session arranged by the hotel. They provided makeup and styling for our child in an authentic Tang Dynasty style, and the photos turned out beautifully ethereal. My child absolutely adored it. This hotel is definitely worth a return visit.

Our room was spacious and spotless, and the water in the hot spring bath was crystal clear. Both the breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent. Songpin, of course, needs no introduction! The atmosphere and service are both outstanding, and all the staff are wonderfully warm and attentive. It's perfect for a family summer holiday to escape the heat. The water park right across the street is great for taking your little one to play. We also used their in-hotel photography service, and the photographer's shooting and framing skills were excellent. Definitely recommended!

It's incredibly convenient and wonderfully quiet. The soaking tub was also spotlessly clean, and it was incredibly relaxing to unwind in after a long day of exploring.

Sunac Land is right outside the hotel, and the popular Zhongshuge bookstore is conveniently located on the 2nd floor of Sunac Mall. Our 3-day, 2-night experience was truly excellent!
