Atour Light Hotel Jiuzhaigou

We booked for 2 nights. The first problem was that they didn't do basic cleaning and change the quilt cover. How did they find out? The bed sheet had a hole on the first night. After returning from Jiuzhaigou, the bed sheet with the hole was still there, and the water stains from the faucet were still there, and the hair on it was not cleaned. The second problem was that the hotel did not provide all the things needed for the next day, such as slippers, towels, etc. We went to the front desk to get the slippers ourselves, and the front desk was unwilling to send the slippers up, so we went down to get them ourselves. The third problem was that the standard room we booked for 264 per night said that there was a window with a bright view, but in fact the window was facing the sign of the opposite hotel, and the window was also very small. The window that could be opened was not as big as the floor tiles in my house. I was really convinced. I just wanted to live better, so I booked the most expensive standard room. I went to the front desk to change the room, but they said there was no room. I even felt that all standard rooms were of the same standard. The fourth problem was that the faucet of the wash basin was not closed tightly, and it kept dripping. When I slept at night, I threw the towel directly there to hear no sound. A reminder to friends who are going to Jiuzhaigou, this hotel is actually more than ten minutes away from the ticket gate, and it is not a matter of walking a few minutes to get there directly. This hotel is the most unsatisfactory in the entire Jiuzhaigou tour

I feel that this is the only Atour hotel I have stayed at that requires suggestions to improve services. Except for the decoration style of the hotel, which has the characteristics of Atour, the other services are almost irrelevant to Atour... The sanitary conditions are relatively poor, but fortunately the bedding is well maintained. The quality of Yaduo... It is worth recommending that the hot pot for dinner in this restaurant tastes very authentic.

I used to rely more on Atour, but the experience at the Jiuzhaigou store was very poor. The management and service efficiency were low, and it completely lacked the service efficiency and attitude that a chain should have.

There is also a KFC in Jiuzhaigou. This is an unexpected surprise. The hotel is quite close to the scenic spot. It can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The scenery of Jiuzhaigou is really incredible and beautiful.

Atour is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is huge, the walls are moldy black, the air conditioner is on and off, the toilet button is difficult to press, and the most outrageous thing is that the mirror is facing the bed, what the hell. The next day I changed to a hotel with the same price and it was much more comfortable. I don’t understand how you dare to have this price and this facility when the price of hotels in Jiuzhaigou is generally over 100.

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in. It's the first time I've seen a hotel where guests need to go downstairs to get their takeaways. They don't even turn on the lights in the lobby. The staff of the restaurant next door sit in the lobby chatting and eating at any time. It's rubbish. It's far from the entrance of Jiuzhaigou, 30 minutes walk. It's even 10 minutes walk from the bus station. Those good reviews are not fake, right? I'm not wrong to give this hotel a bad review.
