The front desk sells Shufujia soap for 10 yuan, and Red Nanjing cigarettes are 12 yuan outside, but the front desk sells them for 25 yuan a pack. It's a rip-off. I hope the hotel will sell the same price as outside!! The red envelopes are 1 yuan each, and I buy 5 for 5 yuan. The 3 items cost exactly 40 yuan

A very bad experience with Ctrip Hotel. The environment is bad, and the company of flying insects is understandable. The renovation is also tolerable, but the musty smell in the room is a big disruption to rest. The service attitude is very poor, and they charge for a bottle of water...
