We liked the walkway along the lake. The kids liked driving the little train along that walkway. The evening water and light show was spectacular. Our special thanks to Vivian Chen for all her help with our family reunion at the resort.

Facilities: New Sanitation: Good Environment: Quiet Service: The focus is on service. From the moment I placed the order, someone contacted me to confirm the arrival time; even after staying for 2 consecutive days, they asked me about my stay experience every day and whether there was anything that needed to be improved. From the perspective of a resort hotel, this hotel is very good. The hotel should be in a suburb? It takes about 20 minutes by taxi from Jurong Station. But you must pay attention! There are no milk tea shops, coffee shops, or snack bars nearby! If you want to go to the mall, you have to go back to the Wuyue Hotel near Jurong Station. (Driving by yourself is the best choice. If you don’t drive by yourself, you really have to consider the taxi problem.) 5.1 Overtime is too hard, give yourself a holiday to adjust. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

The room is well-equipped, the bed is very comfortable, and the lighting and ventilation are good, which I personally like very much. The room has a large hot spring bath. I am especially satisfied with Rena's online service, who can help solve problems at any time!

The room facilities are complete, the musical fountain is beautiful, and the hotel's lake is beautiful. It was a very good living experience. The breakfast was also good and delicious. The downside is that I wanted to have dinner, and the Chinese restaurant private room cost 300 yuan per person. It was a bit expensive. Later I went to a local restaurant outside to eat.

The room is well laid out, with enough storage space, a small refrigerator, indoor and outdoor slippers, and the bed is moderately soft and hard. The only drawback is that the hot water is not hot enough, and the evening buffet is not cost-effective.

Very disappointed. I thought InterContinental Hotels should be OK, but the room was dirty, the carpet and balcony were not cleaned, and I had no desire to soak in the hot spring pool on the balcony. The hotel staff's service was not good. When I made the reservation on Ctrip, I noted that I needed a bed fence. I called again the day before I arrived at the hotel to emphasize that I needed a fence. As a result, I was told that there was no fence when I arrived at the hotel. . . . I was given a ticket to Wangyou Valley, but Wangyou Valley was also boring. I went to Jintan next door the next day.

During the May Day holiday, I took my parents and children to stay at the Maoshan Hot Spring Holiday Resort. The hotel is very large, like a small park, with a playground, go-karts, boating and many other entertainment activities. It is very pleasant to walk around when I have nothing to do. The breakfast is also very rich, and the dinner buffet is not bad. There is a musical fountain at 8 o'clock every night, and fireworks can be set off by the lake, which made us feel a different holiday trip.

The room is big and well designed! The view outside the balcony is great, and there is a hot spring pool! Vivian at the front desk provided great service, and gave the children a free buffet breakfast! The buffet breakfast was very rich! I also watched the musical fountain at the hotel in the evening!

Because I often go to various parent-child hotels all year round, I would give this hotel a score of 75-80 overall. The room is of regular size, but the scenery is very good. The lake view and musical fountain at night are great. The staff's service attitude is enthusiastic, and I would like to mention Miss Viviva and Brother Martin Qin at the front desk. Although the furniture and carpets have traces of time, they are cleaned very neatly by the aunts in the housekeeping depar**ent. There is no odor or floating dust. The aunts are also very good and considerate. They will take the initiative to ask if we need anything. Knowing that we drink a lot of water and buy mineral water outside, they are particularly considerate to send us enough mineral water. This is beyond my expectation, because we don't like to trouble others. Thank you for the enthusiasm of the aunts. In terms of hotel facilities, it is not a parent-child hotel in the conventional sense. It is more suitable for adult vacations. There are not many places for children to play, but an indoor hot spring is enough for children to play for a long time. The necessary facilities are provided. Everything is provided, including bed guards. It's nice to take a walk along the lake at night. The free hot spring is very good. The guy in the straw hat is really enthusiastic. He guided us all the way up and told us that the water was just changed and we can soak in it without worry, etc. Thank you 🙏🏻 As for the breakfast... it's a bit bad, neither good nor bad. The taste and variety are very ordinary. Many of them are not fresh. The dew on the donuts tells us that they are recycled 🔁. However, in the absence of food around, breakfast has become very delicious... In summary, the living experience is not bad (except for breakfast and breakfast service, which is difficult to comment. They kept urging us to collect at 10 o'clock from 9:40, which really ruined their impression. It was already very unpalatable)

Rena from Holiday Inn added me on WeChat before I checked in. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. The room was upgraded to a lake view room. I could soak in the hot springs on the balcony at night, watch the musical fountain, and other people's fireworks. The pancakes and pot cover noodles for breakfast were delicious. The hotel is very close to Maoshan Mountain. It takes less than ten minutes to take a taxi. We also gave tickets to Wangyou Valley. We played rafting, slides, boats with water guns, and karts. It was very fun!

Come to Maoshan for vacation. Arrive at 11:00 am to get the ticket to Maoshan at the hotel first, eat at a farmhouse nearby and then go to Maoshan for a walk. Return to the hotel at 4:00 pm to soak in the hot springs. It is very comfortable. The pool is also very clean. You can ask the aunt to disinfect it again. The service attitude is also very good.

The price-performance ratio is very high, and the service attitude is also very good. They called me several times to ask about the stay experience, and I felt valued! There are many recreational facilities around, such as hot springs, off-road vehicles, playgrounds, and parent-child parks. The children had a lot of fun. I hope that I can be upgraded to a suite for free next time. Hahaha, it is especially worth mentioning that my two-year-old baby slept late in the morning, and the adults got up early and had breakfast. The service staff communicated well and let us bring the baby in to eat. They also packed porridge for us at our request. It really has the style of a big brand hotel👍

The room is quite large and clean. The front desk and the cleaning lady are very nice... There are hot spring facilities on the balcony (Figure 1), facing the lake view (Figure 2, of course, the lake view room is more expensive than the street view room), and there is a musical fountain at 8 o'clock in the evening, which is quite nice (Figure 3)... There is also a large lawn and some small amusement facilities inside the hotel, but I didn't experience them because I was in a hurry... There are quite a lot of breakfast varieties and many seats, so you don't have to worry about finding a seat... Parking is convenient, there are parking lots on the ground and underground, it is a little far from Maoshan Scenic Area, it is convenient to drive, and it takes 40 minutes to walk (not suitable, Maoshan itself has to walk a lot)... There are basically no nearby restaurants, and the nearest ones are all in Maoshan Scenic Area. The hotel buffet costs 158 per person, and it is more than 17 kilometers away from Jurong City... Overall, I am satisfied. If the price can be not so high during holidays, I will be more satisfied.
