Poor service, tv not working, kettle not working, after 2 hrs changed my room but in appropriate. Room was not so good

Hotel landmark, rewa stands out as a remarkable property with its well kept room, dedicated and friendly staff, who take an extra mile to ensure you have a comfortable stay at the property. The food at property is delicious and the best part is food arrives in no time after you place an order. In a city like rewa, i initially thought finding a good hotel would be difficult, but make my trip made it easy for me to find such a lovely property. My rating 4. 5/5

Location is good, food so so, services are poor. Cleanliness is also poor. Towels we’re dirty, bed sheets also. For accompaneing drivers stay arrangements were horrible(small sofas two seater to sleep and fan blowing hot air in basement)

Rooms are too old and sheets are not usable. The washroom are not upto the standard. The breakfast is suboptimal.
