房間設施齊全，衞生還可以，有地下停車庫，停車還是比較方便，服務員態度還可以，送有花生糕和酸奶，去參觀開封府，總體來説還是不錯的。

酒店距離清明上河園，鼓樓都不遠，附近有特色飯店，停車用餐方便，前台熱情，好評

酒店位置很好找，交通也挺方便的，停車場在酒店的樓後面，剛到酒店就感受到工作人員的熱情，前台小姐姐給我介紹了很多地方 説的也很詳細 最後給了我一張開封的手繪地圖 還有個伴手禮 進入房間後挺寬敞的 也很乾凈 洗澡水水流很大 洗的比外面澡堂都舒服 晚上客房還配送的小食酸奶 周邊有很多飯店 吃飯也方便 吃完又去旁邊的湖周圍閑逛了一圈 真的是挺愜意的

住的特別舒心的酒店，連着住了2天，換了兩個房型，服務人員態度特別特別好，暖氣也特別給力

酒店環境整潔，房間很大也很乾凈，晚上睡覺被子也有陽光的味道，暖暖的很温馨。前台和客房服務都很好，很熱情。早餐品種豐富，味道也不錯。有地下停車場，還是免費停車。很推薦

房間非常滿意，面積很大，一定是雙人床和一個單人床，屋內玩具設施孩子特別喜歡，入住每天送小零食；房間就在電梯旁特別滿意這一點；退房🈶伴手禮超級好吃😋 屋內床上靠包背面被之前客人撒上可樂了，建議靠包套也每客一換就更好了；窗户拉下紗窗有壞的而且土很大；房屋剛入住開水龍頭有黃色銹水需要放會兒水，建議客房人員提前注意下這些細節；還有枕頭下有潮蟲…建議地漏好好管理下；
