We are particularly satisfied with this folk hotel. We chose a parent-child room. The room was larger than expected. The boss was hospitable and the location was great. It was very clean and the experience was great. I recommend friends who come to Xiasi Ancient Town to choose this folk hotel.

Facilities: The water heater is not very good. The temperature can't be raised when the water is turned up. You have to use a small amount of water. That's fine. When I was washing my child, it suddenly became cold. I saw that the water heater was broken. I reported it to the WeChat customer service, but there was no response. Service: Very good. They came out to pick us up. The location of the homestay is also very good. In general, this price is OK. I hope the problem of the water heater can be improved.

The room was very clean, and the lady boss and her handsome eldest son were very friendly~ The entrance to the scenic area is right outside, and the lights and fireworks at night are so beautiful...

The service attitude is very good. There is also his child who leads the way to the scenic area during the day and drives the car to the downstairs of the hotel at night. The environment in the room is also very nice. The supporting items used are relatively good, and the store did not treat us differently because we booked in advance and the price was cheaper! I originally planned to go directly from Kaili to Miao Village, but considering that the high-speed rail arrived late, and my family had to drive for a day, I chose a small town closer to Kaili South Station to stay for one night. Go to Miao Village again the next day. I booked this B&B online because it has a suite with two bedrooms and one living room, which is very suitable for families traveling together. The room is very clean and there is a tea set for making tea. The living room is quite large, so everyone can sit and watch TV or play with their mobile phones, just like at home. Each of the two rooms has a large bed, which should be able to accommodate four adults. If the children are relatively small, they should be able to sleep. The proprietress is very nice and kind. She was worried that we would not find a way and let her children run out of the parking lot to pick us up. She also recommended us local restaurants with high cost performance.

Environment: Located in the ancient town, it is very convenient to take a walk at night, and there is no entrance fee, which is super nice. If you drive, you can park your car directly in front of the store, which is super convenient. Service: The proprietress is super nice, and she gave us hot rice cakes before we left. She also helped us with suggestions for the restaurants we wanted to eat at, and it was worth choosing this homestay.

1. The room was not ready: I ​​booked a parent-child room with 1 large bed and 1 sofa bed. When I checked in at around 4 o'clock, the sofa bed was not made. The receptionist said that he would come and make it in a while. It was not until about 8 o'clock in the evening when we were eating out. , the landlady just called and asked if the store would be open? If I don’t make a bed, can’t I book a big bed directly? Of course it will be made. When I came back, I laughed angrily. A blue sheet with a very bad feel and an air-conditioning quilt without a quilt. Is this serious? You can't even tell if it's clean or not. Who dares to sleep, and the plastic bags in it are still thrown on the ground. 2. Room hygiene: There are sticky stains and balloon skins on the coffee table, large stains on the bathroom door and everywhere, and messy bedding in the cabinet. Is this a B&B that is not cheap? It's just a self-occupied room, which is sold during the peak season, and it hasn't been cleaned up yet. 3. Pick-up and drop-off: When I took a taxi at Kaili South Station, I contacted the landlady about where to drop off and pick up the taxi. When it was almost there, I called again. After waiting for 15 minutes or more in the bright sun, she still didn’t come. I called again and said that her son would be here immediately. Pick up... I haven't even left the house yet. I'm convinced! After another ten minutes or so, a little brother appeared on his legs and took us seven to eight hundred meters (the distance the little brother said has not been verified). Dragging two suitcases, carrying two backpacks, and bringing a baby, the little brother just walked ahead without giving a hand. There is no one to send it off, and when I come back to pick up the storage box, it is next to the sofa in the lobby, and there is no one in the lobby. 4. Safety: The bathroom window cannot be locked. The room is on the second floor, and it is easy to enter along the narrow wall. Fortunately, we are traveling as a family, otherwise we would not dare to live here. 5. Environment: The B&B is outside the scenic spot. The old street used to be glorious, but now it is very depressed. It is okay to walk to the scenic spot in five or six minutes.
