The security guard had a great attitude. After waiting for more than an hour in the early morning, the air conditioner did not heat up. He insisted on letting us wait. He even told lies that the room was hotter than in summer. Finally, the front desk agreed to change rooms. The security guard kept bastardizing and wanted us to change rooms. They also threatened us with the room sanitation fee and threatened that we would not be able to change the air conditioner after changing the room, no matter whether it was good or not. In addition, there is a KTV next to the hotel. It was noisy until after four o'clock in the morning. It was very speechless.

Xiaoqin at the front desk is beautiful, kind-hearted and provides excellent service! The hotel is not far from the commercial street, so it is not too noisy and not too far away. The location is just right. I will come to this hotel again when I go to Kaili next time.

The room is relatively large, the environment and sanitation are OK, but the bathroom door handle is broken, and the quilt cover and pillowcase on the bed are not changed every day. I hope they can be changed every day, which would be better!
