It is said that the Park Lane Hotel is somewhat famous in cities in the southwest and southwest of Guangdong. I stayed here today and was extremely disappointed. There was basically no etiquette service from the moment I walked in. I mean, not even a greeting! I almost thought that the words "Parkside Hotel" on the wall behind the front desk were written on the rolling shutter door, but upon closer inspection, I found that it was not the case. I can only say that the signature background design is too bloody and low-end. The corridor smelled of decay, the room was old, and the quilt had no softness at all, as if it had been used for a thousand years. A lot of hair and yellow spots could be seen inside through the quilt cover, and there were also black debris on the surface of the sheets. . The only two things I can like are: the towels and bath towels are sealed and are white and clean after being taken apart for use; the hot water flow is stable and the temperature is comfortable.

I booked two rooms this time. There was a problem with the door lock of one of the rooms. Once it was closed, it kept beeping for more than ten seconds. It was very annoying. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that there were no other available rooms. I asked for staff to fix the locks, but no one came. The service is not in place. There are elderly people traveling with us, and the bathroom is one level higher, making it easy for people to trip and potentially dangerous to the elderly.

I stayed here on a business trip. The price/performance ratio was high and the location was very convenient, just near the station. The room facilities were very complete. There was a little incident when checking in, but the front desk helped to deal with it in time.
