Начнём с описания на сайте - указано что в номере люкс есть халаты тапочки мыло кондиционеры шампуни и прочее... По факту есть лишь полотенца. В сауне нет бассейна, не работает джакузи. Вода в номере идёт очень слабым напором. Есть 2 телевизора и 3 пульта... Управлять этими телевизорами нужно всеми 3 пультами-просто взрыв мозга. Сломанный шкаф купе, пробитая в спальню дверь. Нет ночника в спальне.Чайника в номере нет-будете бегать греть все на 1 этаж.. Чашек ложек и тд нет. Нет wf. Есть кулер с холодной водой. Администратор молодая мадам видимо только со школы(4.01.22)вообще плевала на все.. Ни предложения тапочек в сауну, ни погреть заранее, собственно мы её просили показать нам все сами. .. "сервис"... Из плюсов - большая удобная кровать, балкон, форточка в ванной комнате.Ночью тихо. Больше сюда не поедем.
