room was excellent.... but AC not properly cool.... hotel staff behaviour is very good

Room was very dirty…. with faulty smell of cigarette and Toilet was so smell and ventilation was also not proper

Several rooms have defunct aircons. Had to change rooms thrice. Sheets are old and they are not changed every day rooms have an unpleasant odour breakfast is served in the rooms and they are very limited

It was a good stay. The 1st room i got was just next to the reception and hence requested to change and they did it. Food is awesome and service too. They also kept my left over lunch and reheated it for dinner as requested since the food quantity was more than enough. The only creepy thing is that der is a locked door in your room which has a open gallery

My recent stay at was pleasant overall, but there are some aspects that could be improved upon. Firstly, i found the hotel's policy on late check-out to be quite rigid. Despite my request, i was not allowed a late check-out, which made my departure feel rushed and inconvenient. Offering more flexibility in this regard would greatly enhance the guest experience. Additionally, while the front office staff were friendly, i noticed some areas where they could benefit from additional training. There were instances where their responses to inquiries seemed hesitant or lacking in knowledge, which could be improved with more comprehensive training. Furthermore, one inconvenience i encountered was the lack of a plug point adjacent to the bed. In today's technology-driven world, having easy access to a plug point near the bed is essential for charging devices and convenience. Adding plug points in convenient locations within the room would greatly enhance guest satisfaction. Despite these areas for improvement, the hotel did have its positive aspects. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. The location of the hotel was also convenient for accessing nearby attractions. In conclusion, while my stay was enjoyable overall, there are areas where improvements could be made. Offering more flexibility with late check-out, providing additional training for front office staff, and ensuring convenient access to plug points within the room would enhance the guest experience significantly.

The hotel is situated at a remote location, approximately 1. 5km from. The highway. If you dont have your transport arrangement, it would be very difficult to reach the highway. The hotel denied to give water to drink. You have to buy mineral water from them to drink. The complementary breakfast was just a cup of tea and done small alu paratha. The attitude of the hotel staff was pathetic. They speak in a rude manner and is not at all friendly to the guests.

Smelly bathroom, ac tv nonfunctional, no parking, had to keep car outside. Non professional staff. I will never ever book hotel through mmt. Mm t misleads the user.

The stay was pleasent. Staff is good and well professional. One thing they can improve is to provide room heater as per weather. Plea-sent place to stay.
