旅途經過克拉瑪依，直接搜到如家地址，結果商旅沒有客房了，店長非常負責任的帶我們去到如家neo，向我們介紹了酒店設施，並帶我們看了房間，我們很滿意，直接入住該酒店。

服務態度很好，比較乾淨，裝修也不錯；如家的加盟店，價格適中。房間沒有抽紙，大床房間略小，酒店有很大的停車場。整體很不錯

交通方便，有停車場🅿，新開的酒店，硬件比較新。就是服務上有點跟不上，右手邊如家酒店的大門關了，也沒有貼指示牌👈，應該告訴客人往如家商旅的大堂進，或者把樓頂如家商旅的發光字廣告牌直接改成如家酒店。前台開房沒有尊重客户的要求，要的高樓層無煙房，結果給我一間二樓的頂頭把邊的房間，而且房間煙味明顯。

客房不太但乾淨，床被乾淨乾燥，洗漱間夠用，水量比較大，下水也通暢。院內有停車場，車位不少，不過是兩家如家酒店共用。沒有拍酒店照片，用克拉瑪依幾個著名景點充充數。

前台服務員，能按我需要，將房間安排靠小區向西，很安靜，乾淨，這點比較滿意，停車很方便，設施也是比較新，唯一就是衞生間地磚裂了沒有及時修補，踩上去，搖搖晃晃的，已向前台反應。

房間很寬敞，燈光明亮。衞生間是我們住過酒店裡最大的。被褥軟和舒適，熱水充足。早餐不但花色品種多，而且味道很好。有現磨咖啡，味道好極了。
