Service: The hotel offers free breakfast, which is served for a long time and is very good. Special commendation to the hotel front desk manager on duty. After I checked out and found my braces in the room, the front desk quickly contacted relevant personnel to help find them. Once found, they immediately contacted me to offer a solution. When I went to pick them up today, the front desk manager promptly contacted the front desk staff on duty that day to return the lost braces to me. The entire process was very smooth and meticulous. They also made a record of the lost item. I am very grateful to the hotel for their responsible handling of lost items."

However, the service is completely lacking. Putting everything else aside, no one at this hotel, from the front desk to the restaurant to the room attendants, even greets you with a "hello." And then, they always act like they're owed money."

"I chose this hotel when visiting the Ghost City, and it definitely didn't disappoint! The environment is fantastic, with a beautiful and quiet garden-style setting. The room was super spacious, and the window offered a direct lake view. The service was also very warm; both the front desk and the bellboy were very thoughtful and even sent a fruit platter. Breakfast was plentiful, with local specialties. The location is super convenient, just a seven or eight-minute drive from the Ghost City. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"As a hotel, it's okay. The surroundings are nice, and it's close to the Grand Canyon. The overall facilities are a bit dated. There are no convenient places to eat nearby, so you have to eat at the hotel. Dinner in the hotel cafeteria was a poor experience, with limited options. When the food arrived, I noticed the server's shirt had fallen into the soup, but I didn't get any results. The lamb skewers were served without chili, even though they were supposed to be served. When I asked for a refund, the skewers were taken away, and I didn't get a refund. There was no further discussion, and I didn't bother to negotiate over a few dollars."

"Upon checking in, I found the room's carpet was incredibly dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned. The facilities were outdated and poorly designed. The power outlets in the guest room were so old that they couldn't even accommodate standard two-pin plugs, and charging points were so discreetly placed that they were almost impossible to find. Even the windowsill was covered in a thick layer of dust. For a price of over 1000 yuan, this completely fails to meet four-star standards. It's absolutely outrageous."

The family room was spacious and very clean, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing us to get a good rest after a long day of driving. The front desk staff were very thoughtful, and there was plenty of parking space, so parking a large vehicle was no problem. It's conveniently located near restaurants and shops, easy to find, and perfect for a stopover during a long road trip. Highly recommended!"
