四星級酒店來說 沒有冰箱是令人有點驚訝，但每層洗衣房和半夜12點半還是很快就送來的掛燙機彌補了這個缺陷。雖然酒店裝修有點點舊，但電梯很快，這點我很欣賞。床也蠻舒服的。
進門要過安全檢查門也是令我們訝異的，但前台美女小姐姐們的溫柔和熱情也是令人倍感溫馨。
早餐品種蠻多都是當地食物，能讓我們隨行司機師傅一起吃感覺很驚喜，酒店大氣！

酒店住上非常滿意，新疆天氣太乾燥這個酒店大堂還有水果提供想的很周到，住宿條件也很乾凈，在酒店碰到員工很親切的會跟客人問好很熱情。早餐自助也很好吃有牛肉麪雞蛋麪 還有新疆特色奶茶。可惜早上沒來得及拍照，總體來説對這家酒店第一印象非常不錯 下次朋友和家人再來克拉瑪依還會選擇這家酒店。 入住前看到評價裏有説不好的但入住後親身體驗過還是覺得很不錯，各個方面都很為客人着想，比如接送機服務還有免費提供洗衣自助也很方便。 強烈推薦來克拉瑪依遊玩 出差的可以選擇這家酒店。
