Kassandra Palace Hotel & Spa

I stayed 7 nights in October, the room was super clean, the towels and water are changed every day and coffee every day. Everything is very organized and the staff very friendly. In the resort you have many activities, sauna, gym, Karaoke in the hotel bar it was wonderful ☺️We walked to the nearest town Kiopigi where there are supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and many other shops. We will definitely go back

What can I say about Kassandra Palace. It’s simply perfection! From the moment you enter the glass doors the experience is out of this world. All the staff are warm, kind hearted people who are there to help insure you have the most wonderful experience. The hotel has everything you could possibly ask for! Pool, sea, indoor pool, spa, gym, shops, games rooms, kids room and the list goes on and on! Great dining experiences, with classy entertainment and restaurants. There is no need to leave the grounds!! What more can I say other than thank you to everyone at Kassandra Palace for a an amazing time once again!! My wife and I have never revisited a hotel as we love to travel the world, but we are very excited to say we have just booked again for May 2025!! Can’t wait to see you all again very soon!! We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The service from the staff was impeccable – they attended to every request we had with promptness, politeness, and a friendly attitude. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. Our room was incredibly spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the sea, making our stay even more memorable. The desserts were simply superb and the turquoise beach right outside was absolutely stunning. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return!

The hotel is located in in a beautiful and quiet area and all the facilities have been restored, as well as the area around the hotel is kept incredibly well. The garden and it is surroundings are very impressive, a lot of greenery which is well taken care of every day by employees. The hotel Staff take care of every detail and all of their guests to make them feel like home. They should be given the most of the credit for this as they put a lot of heart into their work and we are very graetful for the care and help when we needed it, during our stay. Mrs Despina perfectly watches over the coordination of the restaurant and not only. Huge thanks for the hard work of the team, inclusive Maria and Sotiria for every smile and care ,also Vangelis and Georgia. We highly recommended this place and its people.

From the moment we arrived at Kassandra Palace Seaside Resort, we knew we were in for a treat. This was our first time visiting Greece, and we couldn't have chosen a better place to relax and unwind. We opted for a half-board option and stayed in a double room with a balcony that boasted stunning sea views. The room was comfortable, and the outdoor areas of the resort are simply spectacular. We loved lounging by the outdoor pool and enjoyed sipping on delicious cocktails from the bars—each one better than the last! The beach was pristine, and we were thrilled to indulge in a 60-minute couples spa treatment that was simply heavenly. The overall atmosphere of the resort is incredibly inviting and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Every meal we had was a delight, with breakfast and dinner offering a myriad of choices. The dinner menu changed daily, featuring a fantastic selection of dishes and delectable desserts that left us wanting more. Huge thanks to Ms. Despina, the Guest Relations Manager, for her warm welcome and outstanding communication prior to our arrival. She helped us organize a luxurious spa experience that included a jacuzzi filled with rose petals, prosecco, and a beautiful fruit platter, which truly elevated our stay. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the restaurant staff, especially Maria, Vangelis, Georgia, and Sotiria (forgive me if I spelled names incorrectly!), who were exceptionally attentive. A special mention goes to the two wonderful ladies at the spa whose names I unfortunately forgot—thank you for making our treatments so relaxing! One of our favourite spots to unwind was the hammock area—an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The housekeeping team ensured our room was always spotless and provided complimentary water, which was a nice touch. If I had to mention a small area for improvement, it would be the bathroom. The bathtub was quite tiny and lacked curtains, making it a bit tricky to shower without making a mess. A walk-in shower with a nice showerhead would be the perfect addition. Overall, our experience at Kassandra Palace was outstanding, and we cannot wait to return next year for another unforgettable vacation. Thank you for everything! Warm regards, Josip and Jamela
