The staff is really good and rooms are clean.toilets are hygienic and the staff is willing to help. Transport is available for pickup and drop to and from Baanganga.overall experience of stay was very good.

Behaviour of staff was worst as they were talking with us in inappropriate ***ner as the room was dirty and when we asked about that at reception he said "room ki fursh geeli hai to gandgi hogi(actually they were making excuse)"when we said to clean our room again the didnt,curtains are so dirty and cheap lamp in the bathroom was broken,broken exhaust fan and rooms lock was not working,never recomend anyone for that hotel.if there was any rating in minus i would like to prefer that

Best budget hotel in katra .I have booked family rooms .Room is very neat & clean awesome. Rooms is very affordable price Rs.2800.Food is very decelious. Service is very good .Banganga pick up drop compliment. Wifi free.I an so happy next time is definitely again stay in hotel . Jai Mata di.

Hotel locations is perfect for families,kids. It is located at Asia Chowk rooms are very much spacious,clean. And food option and restaurant room service. Our room is facing towards mountain Trikuta hills view. Amazing hotel in katra hotel Mahaluxmi palace .staff is very cooperative & food is very delicious. Jai mata di . Hotel Is located just opposite the ITC WELCOM HOTEL. Neat and clean property. Room were very spacious with balcony. Food was also good in taste and economic al. We booked through walk in got better deal there. Near market by 800mtr.like high speed wifi, Tea coffe makers and water bottle compliment. Wash room were also clean. View from balcony is spiritual, beautiful trikuta hill vaishnodevi track. Staff were very supportive and help you out of the way. Over it was a wonderful stay.

We stayed in this hotel and it was great experience. Hotel is located just 800 meters from main market. Very neat and clean property and spacious room as well. Mountain view from room and balcony as well. You will get TCM , and wifi facility in room and water bottel as well. Staff is very helpfull and cooperative.

I stayed in this hotel with my family for two days in October 2023 in super deluxe rooms and our experience had been very bad. You cannot say it's a hotel. It is just like an ordinary guest house. They do not even provide the basic amenities like cupboard, toiletries, house keeping, towels, etc. They provide us rooms on the 2nd floor but this hotel does not have a lift facility. I requested to provide rooms on the ground floor as my 73 year old father was facing difficulty in climbing stairs but the hotel care taker denied although most of the rooms were unoccupied. In the name of breakfast they only provide parantha and curd and you do not have any other option to choose from. Even tea is not included in breakfast. I had two breakfasts included in my package but they hardly provide one breakfast. They did not prepare breakfast in time although I had already informed them last night and we had to leave without breakfast as the train departure time was approaching. Frequent electricity cut was a common feature in this hotel and whenever there was electricity cut wifi also stopped working. Hotel is away from main market at outer road which is unsafe for pedestrian due to steep slope and high speeding vehicles. Please think twice before booking this poirly ***aged property.

The rooms are soo compact , clean. and comfortable. ......... room services , food ...provided by them were extraordinary. .....washroom was clean..heaters was provided... Dinning was good....the outside scenery from the hotel was soo good.....

I am writing this review very shortly...i stayed here for one night, not get more time to explore much...very reasonable...they have given facilities like a five star hotel are giving, everything was just nice...
