I have very low rating because it wasn’t so clean in the toilet (in the toilet there were still some dump from previous tenant…) moreover, when I tried to communicate over this with the reception it was impossible for there were so many people queuing up at the reception for check-in check-out and drinks and food. It seems that there was some understaff issue.
As Moxy is part of Marriott and set itself as younger vibe, I would kind of expect it to at least present it cleaner and with a bit of structure as well as organisation. It is quite disappointing.
