Dirty and run down. Roaches in bathroom. We love Embassy Suites but this one is awful.

Check-in staff were very nice and welcoming.
The breakfast guy cook was mean, rude and annoyed with his job. He was very rude as we only asked simple questions. We checked in on Tuesday and out on Sunday. I opted to spend money on breakfast off property because of the horrible experience.
Much customer service training needed for him.

Keys had to be continually replaced (kept malfunctioning due to a system upgrade the entire weekend). There was only one elevator functioning out of three for the entire hotel. The rooms were dated, dirty and had stains throughout. There was a continual shortage of pool towels. They were not staffed to handle the hotel being booked.

Pool was cold..stayed here for my kids but very disappointed but i know these reviews are pointless and nothing will change! Call me if you want to make a change.. thank you Paul

Built in 1977, and still looks like it. I expected that, so that was fine. The elevators are slow as molasses in winter. The breakfast buffet is old fashioned and could be streamlined to taste better and more efficient. Both mornings they were out of something that bever got refilled. Eggs are horrible. Coffee machine is terrible. Juice...kids wouldnt touch it. Terribly understaffed. Those who were there worked hard, and i felt awful for them. They did the best they could. Need double the staff. A positive note, the bed was very comfortable. The pull out sofa...not so much. The tile floor in kitchenette was sticky, all the faucets were poorly fitted. It was super fun for the little kids who didnt know any better and i gueas that was what was important. Also...the lobby had a fun area, super clean and fun..the arcade. Comfy chairs, and fun little hang out for them.

The whole property was rundown and needed maintenance. We had to call for an extra blanket four times and the room was not cleaned (hair in the bathroom and crumbs on the carpet. Plus, breakfast was so underserved that eggs were gone in the self serve line and took 45 minutes to get from the cook to order line

Rooms are old, couch is not comfy. During breakfast, staff didn’t act like they were very accomodating. Floors were sticky, our table was not cleaned well.

The hotel is dated. There was mold on in the shower, ceiling of the bed room and brown stuff on the pull out couch sheets. There were band aids floating in the pool. The AGM was beyond unreasonable and believes that customer service is not a priority per his statement “this is not my problem this is yours”.

We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites. The room was clean and fresh, breakfast was great. We were disappointed that the pool was down for our stay, but had not been notified.
